APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

3-room apartment on the top floor, 87m2. Living room with a sofa bed and a balcony with view of the mountains and the lake. Radio, TV. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker CHICCO D'ORO. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Shower/toilet/sink. Double room. Bath/toilet/sink. The spa area of the Hotel Albana can be used for CHF 25.00 per person and day, registration and payment directly at the hotel. 1 Garage space and 1 outside parking. Shared ski room. Pets are not allowed.


HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Arsa is a house built in 1981 in the Engadine style, in the centre of Silvaplana, next to Hotel Julier. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The new sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cable way Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. During the winter season busses run every half hour in any direction. More physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.
