Living/dining room with a roof terrace and view of the Corvatsch mountain and a smaller balcony with view of Maloja. Fireplace, TV, radio and phone. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. One double room, shower/toilet/sink, access to the roof terrace. Gallery: separate double room, bath/toilet/sink. French size bed on the gallery. Comfortable, modern furnishing. Marble floors. Garage. Shared washroom and ski room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Corvatsch 3, built in 1990, is a typical Engadine house at the centre of Silvlaplana. Grocery, post office, bank, tourist office and restaurants are reachable within 5-10 minutes by foot. Cross-country skiing tracks and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction.
