Staff were very friendly, restaurant was excellent bed was comfortable and the shuttle train to the hotel and terminals was very useful. Due to the early start, the staff arranged for a takeaway breakfast which was great.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the shuttle train station, which was quite chilly before 6 in the morning, and the path is bumpy and difficult with a suitcase. The alarms in all rooms went off after we were asleep and continued for 15 minutes. The hotel made no announcements and guests did not know whether to evacuate or stay in our rooms and were wandering in the passageways trying to find out what to do. My partner rang reception who informed us that fortunately, it was a false alarm. It was difficult to sleep after this!
