Excellent stay at Moxy, so easy to access from shuttle

Amazing staff so helpful, enjoyed inclusive glass of wine in arrival, amazing shower and comfy bed

Excellent value and location!

Excellent value, cheerful and helpful personnel, clean room! Truly an excellent value hotel. Proximity to the airport and free shuttle transport from and to the airport is a welcome bonus adding further value to this hotel. It's only a 20 minutes ride to the airport.

Internet connection requires a registration. More (working) coffee machines in the breakfast room would be welcome.

OK stay near the airport

The breakfast is adequate, and is just one stop away from terminal 1 with the free shuttle.

The check-in process is so so slow. We arrived around 8 pm and there was already a line waiting, There were five staff members but only two seemed to be doing the check-in, the other three seemed to be walking around the bar. We also found weird that many of the plates and cutlery at the breakfast buffet were clearly dirty, and the staff seemed to be more focused on chatting and laughing than to check if something was amiss.

Good location

Ambience of the bar; location.

Despite asking for a bottle of wine at the bar, was given a glass of wine - then the 8€ was deducted from a more expensive bottle of wine than we had. Only realised when we had left… disappointing.

Excellent location when we had an early morning flight out of CDG. Quirky but very comfy hotel, great bathroom and buzzy bar and food area. Friendly staff. Represented good value for money.

I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their booking management

Close to the airport train

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered that the hotel was overbooked, and my room had been given to someone else After a long trip, it was extremely frustrating to be told there was no room available, even though my reservation was confirmed. The staff didn’t offer a clear solution or proper assistance — they just said there was nothing they could do. It’s unacceptable for a hotel near the airport to handle guests this way.

Great proximity to CDG airport.

Great location if flying into or out of CDG. Free shuttle from terminals to PR station then a short walk to the hotel.

I found the pillows uncomfortable but my partner loved his, so it's a personal thing.

Good location, clean room, decent price for the convenience of not having to leave the airport.

Great location. Took the TGV to airport the night before, as we had an early flight the next day. Short shuttle train ride to the appropriate lot and a couple minute walk to hotel. Returning to airport the following morning was just as quick. No shuttle bus stopping at multiple hotels to contend with. Clean room, well stocked towels and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in large containers which made it easier to use. Not those single use, little bottles that are never enough.

Room was a little musty when we first arrived. But we were able to open the window, which tilted at the top for safety, to allow some fresh air in while we went to eat.

Decent airport layover

Access to airport. It requires a quick free tram (the CDGVAL) and short walk on dedicated footpath from Parking R stop. Easy with roller bags.

The bed was not comfortable - an older, thin mattress and overstuffed pillow. Small room. The airport precinct is just that...airport services and hotel dining only. There are train and metro connections which we didn't bother with on our layover.

Perfect location for a wonderful adventure in Paris.

Fantastic location with plenty of cafes, bakeries and restaurants within strolling distance. The bars are open late and busy every night of the week but it never bothered us.

Post said there was AC but I don’t think there is. There were wall units but they looked like heaters. The building is old and the stairs could be a bit much for some. Because it’s an old building there is a musty smell from the around the windows.

Cool oasis in the heatwave

The air conditioning worked very well in the heat wave and the room was quiet, clean and functional. Water and complimentary coffee in the morning was also appreciated!

I liked everything this trip! I almost didn’t book the Moxy this time because I was there in December and the rooms were very over heated. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was so perfect this time.

Convenient hotel at the airport but bouncing matress.

Well situated hotel, near Terminal 3, if your flight is in the morning. Staff is polite, helpful, and nice. The room is a typical 3 * airport hotel. Quiet room. We did not take the breakfast. The bar downstairs is open 24/7 it seems.

Bed was the weakest part (but you go there to sleep). If you are alone it is fine, but for two people it is bouncing on any movement. SO if your partner moves (or you move) you might wake up (he she will wake up). Also the pillow are way to firm and won't take your head shape. Also the directions are not totally clear. You have to take the navette (CDGval) inside the airport and reach the PR parking stop. Doon't get out at RER terminal 1/3 or 2 because it's unclear how you would reach it. Once at the PR stop, it is easy.

Great for traveller who have early flight to catch

Very close to the airport. Just one or two stops to the terminal by the free tram between terminals.

After getting out of the station, you have to drag the luggage to walk up to the hotel which is on a small hill.

Overpriced air-port hotel

The room has a comfortable size and was more or less clean. When you close the windows, you won't be disturbed by the airport noise. The bed was comfortable. Service staff is very friendly.

Checking in took quite some time, because many people arrived when we did. Food and breakfast are very expensive for what you get. The room was already a little bit run-down, e. g. the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. WiFi was super slow!

Convenient one night stay close to airport

Easily accessible from the airport. Good air conditioning. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Vegan options at breakfast (e.g. soya yogurt, houmous, vegetables).

Most genuine service we had in Europe

The reception staff were exceptional, friendly, informative and ready to help. One in particular, (although I didn't get his name), checked us in and was readily available for any other help we needed the rest of the stay. I would reccommend the venue based on his service alone

Great location but you can do better

Clean and spacious rooms. Well connected to the terminals

Noisy restaurant, slow service despite the lack of table service. The food was already cold when the warning buzzed... Friendly staff were trying their best but obviously inexperienced. Broken drink dispenser at the breakfast bar with countless used glasses left behind. Not to mention the firing alarm that went off overnight and no explanation was given to the many wandering guests.

A different take on airport hotels

A 3 minute mostly covered walk from CDGVal free shuttle train getting off at Pr. making it a great location. The ambience and style of the hotel is very relaxed, the rooms and bed are very quiet and super comfy, just what you need after a long flight for a layover. Welcome drink was a nice touch and food available until 2200 is ideal.

Check in process was a little slow and it was a surprise to be asked for €50 deposit to cover tourist tax and any additional purchases, however there was a promise to refund any unspent amount, although I've yet to see that back on my card. Could take some explaining to a non French or English speaker.

Close to terminals, we reached it by UBER for about 10€. Room was small but good enough for a night..

When arriving via the parking lot, it would have been useful to have a sign that reception is at level 0.

I would definitely avoid and stay closer to the airport and metro

The breakfast was terrible so much so I didn't eat anything. It is hard to find, I tried to get a taxi but the driver said it wasn't far enough so I walked as a woman on my own along a dark street for nearly an hour trying to find it.

It’s a nice stay.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. Lounge and bar are very sophisticated in design. Also, the atmosphere is nice. Readily accessible from the airport.

The conditioner set in my room was broken and not available. The way back from the hotel to the airport cost me 25 euro. That’s may be bit expensive because on my way to the hotel from the airport only cost me 12.3 euro.

An excellent place to stay while travelling through Paris-CDG

If you are travelling through Paris-CDG and need a hotel for your layover this is a great option. It is very close to the airport and you can use the CDGVAL to get to and from the hotel and airport. No need for a taxi! The hotel is in a littel complex of hotels and there was a decent restaurant across the road and the Moxi had great places to sit and relax. I also appreciated that it is quiet given the proximity to the airport.

Quick comfortable stay after a long day of travelling

Decor, staff, close to terminal 1. Welcome drink and food. Value for money. Probably better than most places we had stayed in Europe even though some charged 4x as much.

Great fun vibe, food options were easy (you can get a jar from the pantry and heat up yourself or order bar food) and accomodations were spacious. Easy to get to from CDG. The communal areas have been really well thought about

Pleasant but I’ll probably go to a neighboring hotel next because it’s not very family-friendly

Check-in location oddly placed at the bar, to set the party mood I guess but it’s not welcome to all guests. People are drinking and the music is on as if one was entering a bar instead of a hotel. The lady at the desk took at least 15 minutes to retrieve the booking and give me the key. She was probably new and very apologetic but when you check in at 11pm you want the key asap. The elevator oddly has two buttons on each floor, one for the staff and the other for guests (with a sticker that says « Let’s party » again to reaffirm the mood I believe…) but both sides are accessible to guests and it is easy to make a mistake… Other than that it was quiet and pleasant. The bathroom is tiny but has everything that one needs.
