Good location but not a great agent at the desk...

I really like the location. It s great

The woman at the guest was not really pleasant. I said that we were only 2 instead of 3 (I made a reservation for 3) and perhaps someone else should need a room for 3 (ours) instead of a double one (she said the hotel was full). She doesn't care. So we paid for a triple room for 2. The room was near the lift and we could hear some water running all the time. So it was really noisy. But it s true that the location is great 👍

I certainly would go back because of its easy access from CDG

I like the fact that you do not have to take a shuttle or a taxi to go from the CDG airport. So, you don’t have to book transportation and wait for its arrival which could be a source of stress that you don’t need.

I had to return to the receptionist three times to resolve an electronic key issue; they had to give me a different room. When I went the last time, there was quite a lineup and I had to wait.

Spent one night in transit - was comfortable.

The RER transport to the CDG terminal is right next to the hotel. Just had to walk out to take the free shuttle train to the terminal. Has 2 restaurants and a Starbucks. The airport terminal has a supermarket.

The shower was tiny. Could have done with a coffee kettle in the room.

Excellent location.

Check in procedure was poor. Despite completing online check in, I still had to wait in a long line at 12:00 to be checked in. Tried to check in at 11:30am when there was no line and staff were not busy but was told I could not. At noon, when the line formed, one of the desk staff went for lunch or end of shift. Recommend allowing people to check in and get their card before noon and then activate the card with a swipe machine at noon or later.

Not value for money. Facilities are poor.

Just the location nothing else. You can directly come to terminal 3 and you can see the hotel right in front of you just 50 m walk from terminal gate.

The rooms were very tiny. They don’t provide anything like electric kettle, coffee, not even a cup or glass. They don’t provide tissue paper and cleanliness was also not great. Its not a value for money stay.

It was nice and after travelling for the day it was nice to sleep in a clean room, check in was easy

The convivence of it's location, the polite staff, and the handiness of the restaurants. It was clean, the bathroom was nice and all in all I liked the place and will stay again.

I think in comparison to Australia, it was a bit dearer but like I said the convivence of the location and the handiness of the restaurants was more appealing than the price.

Perfect airport stay

It is perfectly located if you are looking to stay close to the airport. It was easy to find just off the free train. The room was very clean and while small was perfect for what we needed. There was a wide range of options for the breakfast and it was cheaper than eating breakfast at the airport.

The smallest thing that I just found odd was you had to boil your own eggs. Found that hard (no pun intended).

Avoid Ibis at any cost

Paris CDG airport is a good place to live.

Ibis lost my respect. No kettle for hot water tea / coffee inside room. Dirty and shady room. Bathroom door has no lock (see attached pic). Bathroom is congested, you can't sit properly on the toilet seat. Staff does not know how to operate luggage room locks. Luggage storage has an additional charge of 4 euro per hour which is exorbitant. My wife fell sick after drinking water from the water dispenser which is at reception. When you walk on carpet on the floor you can sense that it has lots of dust and has not been vacuum cleaned since ages. Negative vibes in the room which makes you feel sick.

Great stay right at CDG airport. Clean, comfortable and organized

Room can be a little hot and I couldn’t figure out how to adjust temperature. Many windows but also only one that opened

Fine for one night whilst travelling as a family

Excellent location - We used an Uber taxi to reach the hotel on arrival from CDG. In the morning we walked down to the station to catch the free CDG Val to Terminal 2 to catch our next train.

The bathroom - The shower head adjuster was broken so we were unable to lift the shower head up to a reasonable height. There was mould on the ceiling boards and condensation would fall back down onto you when in the shower. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom.

Of course the location of this hotel is ideal if you have an early flight out of CDG Airport. It is just a quick tram ride away from any terminal

The rooms seem like cheap dorm rooms with no real functional furniture. The bathroom seemed like a fiberglass module that you might find on an RV. You stepped up to get into the bathroom that was a fiberglass box. It was very small - no chance that two people could fit in it at once - and had poor ventilation.
