Comfortable room and great restaurant

Comfortable room, great shower, good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

It's a 400 meter walk from the subway station, so use a taxi or shuttle if that is an issue.

Bad.

This is a fine hotel, clean, convenient enough to the airport - not that close though, comfortable. Rooms are a decent size and they have some snacks in case your flight comes in really late. However I won't stay there again because of the fire alarm incident.

The fire alarm went off at 3am, and was insanely loud and went on for about 15 minutes. This happens often I was told. They burned some food in the kitchen. The entire hotel was evacuated into the freezing -10C night in pyjamas including families with babies. There was no assistance, apology or acknowledgment from staff at all and they looked like it happened regularly. Which was confirmed by another guest in the hotel who said that the same thing had happened every time that they stayed there.

It was easy to use the shuttle form CDG to the hotel, but it was a chilly walk from the shuttle to the hotel.

Very comfortable, a little chilly at night but a Front desk employee sent up a large extra duvet. Nice shower, good king sized bed. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, cutlery and pots & pans.

The coffee machine leaked and flooded the area with water. The large TV in the living area did not work.

Extremely disappointing - don't expect any help!!

Convenient to airport

Fire alarm was activated - staying in handicapped room due to lack of mobility & not one staff member came to offer any assistance - no announcements at all either in English or French = absolutely appalling!!!

Fantastic stay

Awesome accommodation, clean , convenient to airport and staff could not have done more to help. Having read previous reviews I wasn't expecting a great experience but it was literally the best experience I had in my whole month in Europe. Can't rate them highly enough- even the food was good and service extremely quick

Excellent - I will stay there again.

Rooms was spacious and good lighting. I like that it felt sound proof as I could not hear planes or other guest.

I meant to ask for a room not right next to the elevator. That is a note to myself to request next time. Not staff's responsibility unless automatic staff default decision.

Worst ever

No thing

The reception staff were manipulating the costumer as usual. I had the same problem with this hotel trying to be smart. The duplicated the cost of rooms twice. It took me one week to refund my money. This is not the first time to so. It took me one hour and a half to check in duo to dealing with un trained staff. I will never ever deal with Marriott hotel in any where in the world.

Comfortable spacious rooms

Being charged extra for room upgrade which we didn’t request and didn’t receive. When we questioned the desk attendant about it he said it would be refunded to our card. It hasn’t been.

Nice room lousy air conditioning

The room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was quite good.

The air conditioning wouldn't work and the room wouldn't go below. 23°. I talked to the front desk staff on four different occasions to address the issue but nothing was done. As well, the restaurant food was subpar and overpriced.

the staff made our visits wonderful - we stayed twice in three weeks and the staff, at the desk and especially in the restaurant/bar was exceptional. we were treated like royalty! A special thank your to the barman, I wish I had his name, I believe it started with Al.... he was the best.

Perfect Airport Hotel

We were welcomed by wonderful Rafi (sorry if I’ve spelled your name incorrectly). She was so friendly and helpful, giving us train information for the next day. The room was very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast the next morning was really lovely, with an extensive selection of hot and cold items. We would definitely recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Lackluster and disappointing, meh.

I paid extra for breakfast but had to leave early, with no other options. The desk employee said there would be a take with option which didn't happen The staff were very unwilling to be informative or helpful. I asked for a taxi to be called for the next morning, which. never showed up. Three employees were too busy having a smoke break to even offer to help.

The physical setting was fine, but very little in personal service or assistance. Very poor attitude and surly behavior. I won't use this particular hotel again and I travel in and out of CDG often.

Lovely clean, airport hotel, with very pleasant staff. Only stayed one night when flight from Gran Canaria couldn't land at Belfast or any other UK or Ireland airport due to storm Isha so was diverted to Paris

A great stay near the CDG airport.

It was a great stay. The hotel is near the shuttle to take us to the terminals, but since it was windy, we decided to call an Uber instead. The breakfast was the highlight of our staying. So many cold a hot food to choose from. Coffee, bread, muffin stations. It was outstanding to start a day with 2 flights ahead of us. The room had a small kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows and a very nice shower. No carpet on the floor. A plus for us. I recommend the hotel and if we be back to the CDG airport, we will stay there again.

check in staff were very rude and made it feel like they were doing us a massive favour when else checked in late. there was only one bottle of water in the fridge for a 2 guest stay, just make sure each guest at least has a bottle of water.

Easy to get to from airport via free airport shuttle train. Room is big for 2 pp. buffet breakfast has good simple varieties. Overall stay is positive.
