I have no idea how this hotel got a 4 stars rating. I was looking for a shoe brush during my stay as my sport shoes look horrendous after I walked in a park but there is none. My hair was so messy but I couldn't get any conditioner until the next day as it is with the housekeeping stuff. I can't get a spoon to make my tea in the room, only disposable stirrers are provided. The fridge in the room is not even fixed properly, it is not stable the moment I opened the fridge's door 😓 There is a touch pad in the lift for you to scan your access card but it had been hanging on the hair since the first night I arrived until the fifth day I checked out. I was about to pass my room key to the staff on receptionist upon check out after I said hi with him but he never bother to give me any response until the staff behind him said "hi" with me. I have totally no idea how they got a 4 stars ratings with this kind of service.

Very good hotel with very close access to metro to get to Paris Centre. Parking was easy and safe. Staff at the hotel were very helpful. Overall, great value for money.

I have previously stayed at Novotel hotels in Vietnam, Thailand, and Myanmar, and I have always found the service and breakfast to be excellent. The breakfast offerings were especially impressive, with a wide variety of both local and Western options. However, during my recent New Year trip, my experience at this Novotel was somewhat disappointing, particularly regarding breakfast. The selection did not seem to meet the usual Novotel standards, as there was very limited variety in the main dishes and the options consisted largely of bread. I believe offering a wider range of main items would significantly improve the guest experience. In addition, the surrounding area of the hotel was not very clean. While having breakfast, we could clearly see a large amount of garbage around the hotel premises, which affected the overall atmosphere. Furthermore, I was informed by others that there were several suspicious individuals around the hotel area, allegedly selling drugs or engaging in inappropriate activities. This raised concerns about safety and comfort, and I kindly suggest that the hotel management take appropriate action to address this issue. That said, the hotel’s location is excellent, as it is conveniently situated right next to the station. I hope my feedback can be helpful in maintaining the high standards that Novotel is well known for.
