It's okay.. just like an average budget hotel. Price is a bit high for what it offers, but I guess Paris is always a bit pricey. Location was the best part of it... super convenient, right next to two metro lines and close to the city centre and all the main touristy places. Staff could be a bit more friendly and cleanliness could also improve (the sheets). They had this "low-cost kind of vibe" in the sense that they charge extra for every single thing... but at least they give you a paper with all the information when you arrive, so they're transparent about it. I think the biggest highlight would be the relation price-location, I'd recommend to stay here if there are no high expectations other than a quite basic hotel :)

-Reception staff called Medi is too aggressive with an unprofessional attitude. -Cleaning staff are aggressive. -The hotel has a weird policy to charge customers a guarantee amount of EUR 200 by cards and refused to be paid in cash!! while they have a weak network that make it not easy to charge cards. Reception staff refused to charge me the guarantee amount in cash and advised me to leave the hotel while I paid the full amount online before my arrival!!

My stay at this place was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the bed linens were clean, and some of the reception staff were helpful. However, there were several aspects that left me disappointed. The hotel looks old and dirty. During my stay, they decided to change the room furniture, but unfortunately, they did not clean up afterward. This kind of disruption should be managed better, especially when guests are still staying in the rooms.The beds were quite small, which made sleeping less comfortable than I had hoped. The breakfast was correct but lacked variety, with the same options every day. This got boring quickly, especially during a longer stay.While there's some potential in this hotel, it's clear that the management needs to step up. The place might be a new acquisition by the Adagio hotel chain, so hopefully, they will focus on making improvements in the coming months or years. Until then, I would suggest looking for other options in the area.

The property is a little bit old, but the room was clean, and beds were comfortable and clean. The receptionists are nice and friendly especially Jebreel and Elena both are fantastic. The Hotel Director Mr. Samir is on top of everything and very hospitable and highly professional in case you need anything he is there. Breakfast is outsourced by another company not the hotel, Breakfast is poor and boring, breakfast staff are rude and tight and very low class and they need to be replaced (except one person named Usha was fine). Overall, the receptionists and the Director Mr. Samir made the stay nice and enjoyable.
