Comfortable and clean but be aware of how expensive eating and drinking are there.

Clean but horrible hotel, if you are delayed/cancelled with your flight.

The hotel was very clean, that is true.

Unfortunately many things. I was one of those passengers who's flight was delayed/cancelled, was traveling for 18h and it was horrible. Okay, no problems, airline company didn't provide voucher, so I booked all by myself. - 150m from airport (terminal 2) - lie. 10-15min by shuttle, and when you get off, you need to walk about 1 - 1,5km!! - I had only 4,5h to sleep, because I had to wake up and leave for connecting flight at 04.15. Shuttle started to work at 04.15, ok. But, hotel didn't had a car/own shuttle, so I had to drag myself after 18h traveling and no resting. - No normal food! There was a snack bar, but chips and overpriced box food - no good. Restaurant/bar with food closes at 22.00 - No breakfast either 🤣🤣🤣 because chef comes later in the morning, so didn't eat and "burned" my breakfast money 🤣🤣🤣 impossible to get anything during night, no sandwiches, no coffee, no nothing. - room temperature +20.3C, freezing!! No, I can't recommend this hotel.

Quite comfortable but with a few lop-sides

The location was excellent... the room size and furniture was quite comfortable.

The breakfast had very few gluten free options as I am a celiac and wanted those. Also the amenities like coffee and tea were very limited.

Well-located and very good for the purpose, no complaints at all.

We requested a quiet room on an upper floor away from elevators because we knew we would be tired and we had to get up very early in the morning; the hotel perfectly accommodated our request, and the room was very quiet. The room was also comfortable and very clean, and the facilities were all functional and easy to control. The hotel is not elegant but well-furnished and very suitable for its purpose as a transition to/from CDG airport. We left too early for breakfast but we had dinner at the bar, which was simple and plenty good enough. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location is great, an easy walk and free shuttle to the airport terminals.

Easy to and from airport. Couple of problems with the room.

Close to airport

Room thermostat was not working. Temp was ultimately okay we just couldn’t get it to go up or down. Coffee maker tank was broken and leaked all over counter.

The hotel is the furthest one from the terminals exit. OK if you have very little luggage as we did.

Very comfortable, offered welcome rest after long travels.

Location was very good - had a tough time locating the tram from the airport.

There was reduced staff in the restaurant and we had to wait 45+ minutes to get a table. Dining room staff were very nice though and served us efficiently.

I spent hours being cold and shivering.

The receptionist who checked us into the hotel was courteous and helpful.

Our room was cold. The thermostat was difficult to raise the temperature, so the receptionist provided him with instructions on how to operate it. My husband asked for a blanket, which was never delivered. The instructions didn't work, so my husband went down to the receptionist again. There was a man from Arizona who was also complaining about the cold temperature in his room,too. Finally, the receptionist came up to our room and raised the temperature. I paid $27.00 for a vegetarian burger with French fries, which was delicious, but overpriced!

Perfect place in Paradise

We love the location, the pool, the breakfast and restaurant,the staff. Everything about this place made for a very memorable stay and wished we had booked for longer.

Disappointing

It was clean and close to airport

I booked through booking.com and paid in full before arrival but the hotel charged me again and would not refund the full amount told me they can not refund the taxes they charged even though I already paid the taxes originally. So I was double charged and it was their mistake but made me pay about $35 Euro extra for an error made by them.

Perfect for our needs.

I think the room design was one of the best I have seen at travel hotels. The layout, the lighting, the drapes, the bathroom, the furniture, and the closet/storage set up were excellent. Very modern and clean. Very close to Terminal 1.

Clean and welcoming. We arrived at 11 pm and did felt safe taking the train and short walk to the property. Gym was very clean.

Stay somewhere else

Not much, rude front staff in the morning. Asked for help with luggage as was on my own, only to be told we don’t do this. But I paid 500.00 for one night. Plus directions by front staff were completely wrong. You need to access front staff .

The young lady who checked me in was quite friendly and helpful. It was safe, the room was clean, and well equipped. The restaurant and bar could stay open a bit longer. The breakfast was good, and the location was close the airport.

Just Hotel

I couldn't look for the good things

I was only there for a short time during my transit, so I'm not sure, but I wasn't too impressed with the hotel. However, there was no staff at the reception, so I had to wait for more than 5 minutes.

Excellent hotel when transiting through the airport.

We were staying for a short period whilst transiting through CDG airport. Easy to follow instructions on how to access the hotel from terminal 1 from the airport by use of the free train. Room was very clean. Friendly helpful staff at check in and the restaurant. Wonderful view on one of the runways. Good block out curtains for light if needing to rest/sleep. Unfortunately we didnt get to stay overnight but the 7 hours we spent there was perfect to rest and refresh before getting on another long haul flight.

Good location by the CDG -VAL , only a short walk and a nice restaurant. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom and shower was great. Very nice breakfast was included in our price.

Great hotel for an overnight stay, prior to catching your flight.

The location was fantastic for a quick overnight stay, prior to catching our flight home the following morning. There is a shuttle train which is a short (less than five minute) walk from the hotel and takes you from one terminal to another.

When I got up to go to the washroom in the middle of the night, the light for the washroom turns on the lights above the bed, so my husband woke up too. We had to return to the front desk three times, as the room was not activated and did not allow us to proceed from the lobby to our room.
