About this house rental

Codice Citra 011016-LT-0178. The spacious and big apartment is located in our villa with independent entrance and parking for 3-4 cars flor 3-4 cars on the property. Our energy efficiency flat, remains pleasantly cool also in summer. On request (1 day before): free transport (morning/ evening) with our mini van (max. 8 people) from our house to the beaches in Lerici. The apartment offers a big living area with fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms - enough space for two families or groups. From the apartment you can enjoy an amazing view over the Gulf of La Spezia and in the evening you may enjoy beautiful sunsets. The terrace has BBQ, big table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers. 'La Rocchetta' is located in a quiet area, in a natural park. The beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo are 4,5 km close. In highseason there are daily boat transfers from Lerici to the Cinque Terre and Portovenere.
Shops and bars you will find also in the village of La Serra (1.5 km or 15 minutes on walking by foot). At 1,5 km there is a busstop with free parking for Lerici. For those who loves to explore the surroundings by foot (or mountain bike) a signed path start directly from our house.

High on the hill, this is a great apartment for the view of Lerici and the beautiful crystal clear and transparent blue water of the sea of Liguria. The apartment has everything you need especially for cooking. There is a seaside porch and a backyard porch if you want to get out of the wind or sun. Roberto and Rossella are fantastic hosts available if you need anything and they provided us with a round trip shuttle ride down to the port to catch the ferry for an adventure to Cinque Terra and Portovenere. We loved staying there and wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

We stayed here 8 days with our family and parents- we had an amazing time. Rosella and Roberto are top notch hosts- best we have had with VRBO. They greeted us at the property and walked us through the property and amenities. Very well stocked property and the amenities were everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 7 and stunning view from the property. In addition the hosts were so helpful with planning stuff and also helping get us to the train station, marina, beach and restaurants nearby. We absolutely would stay there again when we visit again. Can’t say enough positive things about the property and the hosts.

This beautiful home with a beautiful view is not only the best part of this rental, but the owners, Roberto and Rosella are true gems! They communicated via text, phone, and the best part is they were there to greet us when we arrived. They showed us around and helped us get situated and they drove us to the train station to go to Cinque Terre and to the grocery store on our way home! Unfortunately, there was a train strike the day of our visit to CT, and Rosella even offered to come back and pick us up and take us to a different location. It all worked out and we were able to visit the CT, but having her and Roberto there brought such peace of mind. The apartment is truly amazing as well. There were four women and we had plenty of room to spread out, our own rooms that were decorated so lovely, and the kitchen was fully stocked so we had everything we needed to prepare meals. Rosella even had snacks,water, coffee, drinks, and Prosecco upon our arrival! The only downside I can share is that we didn't stay long enough! We will definitely be back when we have more time just to enjoy the apartment and Lerici itself! It's really beautiful!

This is a wonderful property with amazing hosts,, Rosalla and Roberto were so nice. They had so many supplies for your use plus some food and water for when you land. They offered car shuttle service for attractions and had lots of ideas for things to do. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

We staid in the house of Rossella and Roberto the first week in August 2022. The communication with Rossella was perfect and she was able to help us with ALL questions. She made the reservation of sun umbrella and beach lounger for us and reservation for the restaurant. When we arrived the house was perfect prepared and the first present was water, beer and wine, like in paradise:-)) The house is a dream and stayed in many houses but the view of this one is spectacular. The house has everything you need and the interior and the technical equipment has highest standard and quality. It is enough space for over 8-10 people. The second terrace for the meals is perfect and if you want to have BBQ there is everything prepared. But this is not all: Rossella and Roberto offer you a shuttle service with their van up to 8 persons to the beach and in the evening to the restaurants and pick you up too. We come back!! So if it would be possible to give Rossella and Roberto 10 points, I would like to give 11 points:-))) best house ever! Ciao a tutti.

We (4 adults and 4 kids) had an amazing stay at la Rochetta! On our arrival, water, beer, cake, cookie, bread were waiting for us in the kitchen! The house is ultra clean and you feel like home at the first moment. The view is amazing. The owner have a minibus and bring us to the boat for Cinque Terre and bring us back home. The little restaurant close to the house is really nice also ( we ear a bit of noise at night in the house ). I recommend 100% this place for wonderful vacation! Thank you very much Rossella's family for your hospitality!

What a tremendous experience for my family provided by the most gracious hosts you could imagine. The property is the most quiet tranquil setting with stunning sea views. Everything you could want provided and excellent restaurant a three minute walk. Rosella and Roberto could not be nicer or more gracious hosts and I thank you both so very much!!! My third trip to Italy and because of the tremendous hospitality my best. Hope to come back.

Our family, consisting of 6 adults and 4 children visited Lerici 1week and lived in this nice and functional apartment. We were already on arrival well received and felt a warm atmosphere and caring from Rosella and daughter Eva. We enjoyed to the full and did day trips to Cinque Terre, Cararra, the nearby villages of La Serra and Tellaro. The apartment is located a few km outside of / above Lerici center, but within walking distance for those who cope with height differences. The beautiful views are relentless when you walk in the surroundings. The proximity to the general small beaches in Lerici and Tellaro we estimated all. A perfect apartment and location to stay if you wish to visit the Cinque Terre, or do other excursions in the surrounding area. The proximity to Cararra, Lucca and Pisa with its airport, makes it feel close to aktviteter. We ended the holiday week at the restaurant just outside the grounds of the house. We got to experience an authentic Italian meal, which we appreciated. Our experience of Lerici and the apartment exceeded our färväntningar! Thanks once again to Rosella with family! If we would be selfish, we would not write this review. We would like to keep this treasure to ourselves. This was the eleventh time we have visited Italy to spend our holiday there and it was by far the most unforgettable house we have rent. A incredible house with a lot of comfort, an astonishing view from the terrace and great hospitality bij Eva, Rossella and Roberto. A short distance by car to ;ovely sandy beaches and a fine restaurant at 100 meters from the house. We even suspect that Eva and her parents also arranged the beautiful weather. Beautiful house, wonderful landscape and amazing hosts. This summarizes our holiday at La Rocchetta at best. The house was perfect for a medium sized family of 5 as we were (but can certainly fit larger group), it was equipped with everything we might have asked for and, most of all so quiet and peaceful because located in the woods at just a little car distance uphill from Lerici. We could enjoy our breakfast sitting outside on the terrace facing the sea and hear only birds tweeting. It was paradise! The host have been extremely nice and helpful: they warmly welcomed us and were ready to help us with anything from booking a restaurant to giving us advice about touring around. It's been one of the most wonderful holidays and I am definitely planning to go back to La Rocchetta/paradise as soon as possible!

We were 8 friends (4 girls, 4 men between at the age of31-33) and stayed for one week at this fantastic house. As it is located almost on the top of the hills you have a really great view of Lerici and the sea from the terrace. In the house you can find everything you will need whether you want to make a barbecue party or iron your shirt! :) A "must see" are of course the wonderful Cinque Terre and the best way is do it is to book a boat trip. We made also a daily trip by car to Firenze and Pisa, and if you have the time you will not regret it. In Lerici are some very good restaurants. The only problem is, that anywhere you want to go you have to take the car, but the view from the house compensates it. Wir waren 8 Freunde (4 Mädels, 4 Männer, im Alter von 31-33 Jahren) für eine Woche in diesem fantastischen Haus. Da es sich fast auf der Spitze der Hügel befindet, hat man eine großartige Aussicht von der Terasse auf Lerici und dem Meer. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht, ob man nun eine Grillparty schmeißen oder sein Hemd bügeln will! :) Ein absolutes MUSS sind natürlich die wunderschönen Cinque Terre und für die Besichtigung bucht man am besten eine Bootstour. Wir haben einen Tagesausflug nach Florenz und Pisa gemacht, daher falls ihr die Zeit findet werdet ihr es nicht bereuen. In Lerici sind einige sehr gute Restaurants. Das einzige Problem ist, daß man alles nur mit dem Auto erreichen kann, aber der Blick von der Terasse macht es wieder wett. Thank you Rossella, we had a great time! We had a very friendly welcome by th owners. We had a good week and enjoyed the terrace as well as the balcony with the great view. The kitchen is very complete. Directly from the house you can do many hikes. It is easy to go to the Cinque Terre from here by car and train. Great appartment on great location!

La Rochetta is a beautiful house set amongst the Cinque Terre with ample space for a family or two! The house was well equiped with appliances and linen and the views from the balcony were amazing. We often sat on the balcony to sun bake and drink cocktails until the sun set. Everything about the Rochetta was fabulous - water pressure, beds, space. If there is one issue it would be access without a car. You definitely need a car to get from La Rochetta to main shopping towns or amenties. Also getting up the hill required skill! That said - once you mastered the driveway, you find yourself in a little piece of paradise. There is also a Osteria at the bottom of the driveway that was excellent food wise and atmosphere wise. The host Rossella was excellent and accomodating ... nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend La Rochetta as a place to stay whilst visiting the Cinque Terre region. Regards Rossella G

Highlights of our stay were the convenient ferry ride to the Cinque Terre, Lerici and surrounding waterfront villages, the little resturant at the bottom of the drive, and the many family dinners we shared. We loved our stay and our host! We recently returned home from a 40 day vacation in 5 country's and our stay here was the best. The apartment is large, spotlessly clean and our host Rosella was so unbelievably kind to us, we could never express what her kindness meant to us. Our beds we so comfortable and everything we could have ever needed was provided for us. I am already planing my return visit next year! Don't miss a chance to eat at the restaurant at the end of the drive, it is by far the best food I have ever eaten!!! If you are looking for an amazing place with amazing views and the most amazing host, this is the place!

I have just spent 6 weeks in Italy,one area that is still unspoilt with hardly any tourists is LERICI on the ligurian coast,we happened to stay in a 4 bedroom house called LA ROCCHETTA,it was magical,the views were impeccable,the accomodation has everything you possibly wish for(so so clean) and also with very friendly hosts to help you with any questions you might need to ask,little villages and towns very close by like TELLARO,PORTOVENERE,AMEGLIA AND SESTRI LEVANTE,all in all it was without any doubt the best 7 days of our vacation.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten mit Schlafmöglichkeiten bis zu 10 Personen. Es gibt 2 Terrassen und genügend Parkplatz. Die Küche sowie der Rest der Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, alles tipptopp und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswert.es gab sogar frische Lebensmittel und die Möglichkeit eines kostenlosen shuttledienstes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung, super ausgestattet, super sauber mit allem was man braucht. Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, inklusive Willkommenskuchen und Milch, Orangensaft, Wasser im Kühlschrank und Kaffee, Toast/Plätzchen für den ersten Frühstück. Rosella und Roberto haben uns auch shuttle service angeboten - was ganz toll war. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, man kann ganz toll direkt vom Haus wandern. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen, es war ein ganz toller Urlaub in Lerici. Wir kommen bestimmt auch wieder. Danke Rosella und Roberto.

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch! Es fehlt an nichts, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist perfekt und der Ausblick von der Terrasse nicht zu übertreffen! Hinzu kommt, dass sich Rosella und Roberto um das Wohl ihrer Gäste umfassend kümmern - per Whatsapp immer erreichbar liefern sie Informationen, reservieren einen Tisch fürs Abendessen und übernehmen den Shuttleservice in die nahegelegenen Orte und Strände. Wirklich außergewöhnlich!! Einfach die perfekte Unterkunft für ein paar erholsame Tage!

Bevor der Urlaub begann bereits sehr unkomplizierte Buchung und nette Kommunikation und selbst hier zeigte sich schon die Hilfsbereitschaft (Tischreservierung in der Osteria di Recarda für den ersten Abend) die wir während des Urlaubes weiter kennen lernen durften. Nach einem herzlichen Empfang von Rossella und Roberto durften wir die schöne Wohnung sogar etwas früher beziehen. Die Bilder der Wohnung sprechen für sich, allerdings ist sie in Natura noch schöner und der Blick traumhaft. Was wir noch nie erlebt haben, dass wirklich alles für ein erstes Frühstück vorhanden ist und sogar ein kühles Bierchen und ein leckerer Kuchen unseren Start in den Urlaub versüßte. Auch unser kleiner Vierbeiner hat sich rund um wohl gefühlt. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund da alles rundum eingezäunt ist. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist mit jedem Auto gut machbar, bei tiefergelegten Autos etwas vorsichtig und langsam direkt am Tor fahren ( aber gut fahrbar!). Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und ist sehr ruhig, gute Küchenaustattung und sehr sauber! Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Roberto und Rossella vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr! Verena und Volker

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement où nous nous sommes très rapidement sentis comme "chez nous". Beaucoup d'attentions sont à notre disposition ( par exemple rien ne manque dans la cuisine). En un mot l'appartement est agréable et fonctionnel.

Super accueil par Rosella et son mari Roberto, une hôte pleine d'attention qui nous a gâtés avec des gâteaux locaux et nous a conseillé tout au long du séjour (bonnes adresses, parkings, lieux de visite...). L'appartement présente tout le confort, l'espace et l'équipement requis pour 10 personnes (cuisine, salle de bain, quelques provisions...), on se sent très vite comme chez soi. Couchages confortables, nuits très calmes (aucun bruit dans le quartier), vue magnifique sur le golfe des poètes et les collines environnantes. Situé à 5 minutes en voiture (et 30 à pieds) de Lerici, 20 min de la Spezia et 40 min à 1h. des 5 terres : c'est l'emplacement idéal pour ne pas être dans la foule et avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Possibilité de nombreuses balades à pieds directement au départ de l'appartement. On y reviendra avec plaisir et on y enverra famille et amis! Foncez!

Wir haben einen Tagesausflug nach Florenz und Pisa gemacht, daher falls ihr die Zeit findet werdet ihr es nicht bereuen. In Lerici sind einige sehr gute Restaurants.
