Apartment Balcone

The location and view we liked. The swimming Pool was lovely as well.

I did not like several things in the apartment 'balcone' such as: The small bedroom is without airco. Terrible bed and mattress in the small bedroom, they should substitute it. shower box extremely narrow,/tiny. , Generally not well maintained and old appliances, There were no towels at arrival, they arrived only the end of the next day.. At the day of the check-out there was no water to flash toilet or take a shower, was very uncomfortable. I can not give a rate to the other apartment but this particular apartment did not meet up to our expectations.

Nice location and beautiful surroundings!

Great location for shorter trips to the beach and visiting La Spezia. Swimming pool is nice for kids.

The narrow road up the hill leading to the house is a bit rough and definitely not for inexperienced drivers!

Lack of comfort, outdated and basic

The only positive was the peace, quiet and nice view

The beds were horrendous. The mattress was so bad we basically slept on the bedbase. The apartment and kitchen are very dated and not very well maintained. Cooking was hard to do since there is lack of kitchenware. Also the electric furnace is very cheap. The chairs outside were the most cheap ones, partially broken and gave stains on our clothes The WiFi is non existent. The road towards the house is very very bad To conclude: you severely overpay for this apartment

The country and its people were, as always, very pleasant, Casa Sarticola was not.

Highly praised service from the hostess is virtually non-existent. Money was debited before the first night. WIFI is not available in the accommodation. The price for the accommodation that our landlady sent us, was half as high as the price that was debited.

Relaxed, tranquil with stunning views.

The host Sylvia was so helpful before we arrived she gave us so much information. We loved the location it had stunning views. Although at first the appartments seemed basic they had everything that was needed. The Aircon worked brilliantly. Just loved sitting in jacuzzi with the brilliant view and it was very well maintained. The WiFi worked fine in the one room of our appartment. I highly recommend this property for people who want a peace and have a real feel for rural Italy yet close enough to beaches and the amazing golfo dei Spezia.

The swimming pool was great for night time swims!! We didn't realise it is quite shallow. This needs to made be clearer on description. The property would benefit from the outside decking areas being cleaned or swept regularly.

Der Ausblick, die Anzahl der Räumlichkeiten, die tägliche Reinigung des Pools. Hat seinen Zwecke ,, Übernachtung’‘ erfüllt.

Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt nicht ideal, hoch auf einen Hügel sehr enge und gefährliche Straße und vielen Kurven zur Unterkunft, gefühlt eine Weltreise. Die Unterkunft ist mit alten Möbel,Klimageräten und Küchengeräten ausgestattet, die aber funktionieren. Sehr ärgerlich war der schmutzige Gefrierschrank, bei dem wahrscheinlich beim Vorgänger was ausgelaufen ist und nicht sauber gemacht wurde, der Rest war sehr sauber.Auch die Dusche ist sehr klein und die Halterung beschädigt. Der Checkout ist offiziell 11Uhr und die Reinigungskraft wollte uns klarstellen das der 10Uhr ist das fanden wir ziemlich frech zumal wir keine Info von der Gastgeberin erhalten haben und wir unter Stress gerieten. Der Whirlpool ist schon seit längerem defekt. Ein Empfang von der Gastgeberin hätte ich für angenehm empfunden leider lief alles über WhatsApp und bezüglich der Unannehmlichkeiten hatte man das Gefühl aus dem Objekt das meiste Profit zu erlangen.
