nice stay - nice place

The position was optimal. Very close to the Motowray way out. Excellent welcome. Quie place and close to the sea, over the top

All in all a very pleasant stay

It was very picturesque and easy to find. Very comfortable beds.

It was near a very noisy motorway, fine if you had the windows closed. The shower head was not attached correctly and wouldn’t stay in place plus the water had very little pressure.

A wonderful and comfortable stay with a 4year old too

Lots of space, all the required amenities, air conditioning (particularly through a heatwave) and just simply comfortable. The staff is incredibly understanding and generous even if you don’t speak Italian :)

A swimming pool would be nice ;) especially when not wanting to travel to the beach which one must drive to.

Just because I had to stay there for few days otherwise I would have left

the property have a great potential, nice quite garden. The rooms are old without A/c and television. In four days they didn’t clean the room and when I left garbage outside the door they were annoyed because under their point of view I had to bring by my own to the main bins.

Lack of kitchen was the only downside, but it didn't matter that much, since we had a fridge which was pretty much enough for our needs.

Nice place but I won’t come back

The location was very nice, it’s 10 minutes to the city centre and to the sea by car. It is very quiet all around and it is surrounded by fields and horses. It is also comfortable for people who are on a road trip because the place is just two minutes to the motorway.

I was there with my friends: we were five so we booked an apartment and a room. When we arrived, the apartment they gave us was huge: we could have stayed there all five in the apartment (there was definitely space) without paying for another room, but unfortunately they didn’t suggest it. Another thing which does not work well is the reception: the receptionist come to the place only if she knows someone is about to arrive. During the day there is no one in the building. The worst experience was the check out procedure. The check is supposed to be between 8am and 10am: at 9am my friends and I were ready to go but there was no one at the reception. We called the owner twice and sent a text but without answer. We had to wait for about half and hour and at the end the owner arrived only because new costumers came in. I was very disappointed and frustrated because we had to postpone our appointments. Definitely a nice place but I won’t come back: this place needs to be more organised.

Parto nel dire che siamo stati benissimo, dal primo giorno che siamo arrivati, accoglienza ottima e la signora Patrizia è stata di una gentilezza e disponibilità ripeto dal primo giorno, i servizi ottimi, camera pulita e servizio eccellente e la ragazza molto gentile, la posizione ottima se si vuole visitare la Liguria, e il litorale della Toscana, consiglio vivamente l’esperienza in questo posto 🥰

LE VACANZE CHE VORREI TUTTI GLI ANNI

Non è solo una fattoria,questa fattoria è casa pura. Arrivo al check in e ti senti immersa nel cuore di barbara e patrizia,due persone super accoglienti e veramente competenti in tutto! Non solo competenti ma soprattutto ti fanno sentire a casa e parte di loro. Un grazie davvero di cuore da Martina Mario e Leo il bassotto,,grazie anche alle ragazze Francesca e Federica che sono super carine e attente a chi soggiorna in più anche loro veramente di cuore e sempre disponibili!. La fattoria ha ampie camere,con frigo bar,asciugacapelli,set per il bagno (bicchieri,sapone liquido e shampoo liquido monouso),gli asciugamani vengono forniti dalla fattoria. Le docce sono ampie e spaziose,un po' più piccola quella del appartamento in cui siamo stati noi ma super efficiente. La pulizia è da 10 e inoltre per chi dovesse soggiornare come noi nel appartamento ha tutte le stoviglie a disposizione per cucinare,dovete solo portarvi i condimenti . Veramente una bellissima esperienza a pochi minuti dal mare (5 Min) C'è una spiaggia per i nostri cagnolini anche questa a (5 minuti) dalla fattoria....immersa nel verde e circondata di cavalli,non può non venire voglia di rilassarsi. Vi consiglieranno dove andare a mangiare e dove passare momenti bellissimi magari visitando le cave di marmo o mangiando al lard rock cafè dove siamo stati noi,anche lì Samantha e Michele due persone stupende che ci hanno accolto e ci hanno fatto stare meravigliosamente.

Sinceramente mi è piaciuto tutto e non ho nessuna piccolezza negativa da fare. Chi dice che qua si sta male si merita un hotel e non il sapore della famiglia e la tranquillità della campagna 🤣

Strada un po' stretta per arrivare. Mancanza di zona barbecue in giardino. Autostrada nelle vicinanze rumorosa.

Déjà venue 2 fois dans cet établissement l'année dernière j'y fais à nouveau 2 haltes cette année. Endroit très agréable, chambres tout à fait fonctionnelles, propreté...L'accueil toujours très chaleureux de Barbara est très appréciable. Je recommande vivement.

La struttura ed il giardino vasto e ben tenuto. Le signore della Reception molto cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi problema. La posizione comoda sia x il mare che x visitare città e paesini molto belli. La pulizia puntualmente effettuata.

L'appartamento pulito ma da migliorare. Segnalo in particolare il frigorifero difettoso che ghiaccia tt. Il contenuto. Il bidet mancante nel bagno ed il divano molto scomodo oltre il letto troppo morbido. Inoltre il wifi che in casa non prende e in giardino poco.

Tutto!! L'accoglienza deliziosa. Gentili, sorridenti, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Patrizia fine ed elegante ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Peccato che il nostro soggiorno sia giunto quasi al termine. I ragazzi con la moto, da Milano, vi ringraziano di tutto. Soggiorno indimenticabile. GRAZIE!
