Well equipped, clean apartman, close to the beach, shops.

Sometimes it is hard to find parking plot nearby (it is free, actually). It is a bit difficult to find.

Old lady with bad manners Appartment have unplesent smell. It's advertised as detached house and its room with kitchen and bathroom with door leading to owners flat so no much of privacy. House looks very nice from main street but entrance is from the back. No tarace at least in the room we got.

Größe, vielfältiges Inventar, gute küchentechnische Möglichkeiten.

Sauberkeit v.a. Sanitärbereich mangelhaft. Personal nur bei Anreise kurz gesehen. „Frühstück inbegriffen“ trifft nicht so ganz zu, es standen haltbare Lebensmittel zur Verfügung.

Staff cordiale e disponibile, Casa Lia strategica verso il mare ma piccoletta!

Casa Lia, ma anche la zona, ci hanno ridato in parte un mondo analogico;) Struttura un po’ arcaica, divisa in appartamenti, con tutto il necessario per una breve vacanza. La Sig.ra Francesca e suo figlio, molto gentili, ci hanno viziato con i dolcetti della pasticceria di loro fiducia! La colazione è infatti compresa. La foto che si vede su Booking, che affaccia sulla strada divisoria verso il mare a pochi minuti a piedi, è della casa nel complesso, poi divisa in appartamenti: piccolo soggiorno, cucinotto, bagno sia con vasca più box doccia, bidet, camera grande. Presenti detersivo e sapone, solo spugnetta per cucina. Olio, sale, zucchero e caffè. Attrezzatura ok. Marina di Carrara, zona residenziale, Marina di Massa, decisamente più turistica… Grazie!

Vanno sistemati gli scarichi in bagno. Per le nostre esigenze il divano era troppo piccolo.

Casa Lia per chi come noi non pretende una reggia, ma una struttura che ha tutto il necessario per stare bene. Adatta ad una famiglia di 3 persone.

Soggiorno perfetto, tutto eccellente!

Posizione eccellente, a due passi sia dalla spiaggia che dal centro. La casa è dotata di tutto: arredamento curato, accessori e elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti. Abbiamo trovato cibo e bevande per la colazione di ottima qualità, un’attenzione molto apprezzata. La proprietaria è stata estremamente disponibile e ci ha fornito consigli preziosi per organizzare al meglio il soggiorno. Tutto davvero perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Posizione comoda per la spiaggia ed il centro (che non è molto ben definito a Marina di Carrara

Doccia con tenda di un lato 😖 (già segnalata da un altro viaggiatore nel 2023, ma purtroppo letto solo dopo) e necessità di un po' di antimuffa o candeggina. Camera da letto su strada trafficata e movida. Per chi non ama l'aria condizionata quando si dorme, è impossibile lasciare la finestra aperta. Seggiolone in mezzo alla piccola anticamera (che poteva essere riposto nella camera chiusa a chiave) Non avrei indicato la "colazione inclusa" con fette biscottate e brioche confezionate. Meglio che eventualmente la si trovi, senza aspettarsela.
