Spacious, quiet and modern

Whole home was spacious. Kitchen and bathroom were modern and functional. Kitchen was well equipped to cook at home while on vacation. Beach towels provided by property were very nice. Entire place was very clean and super quiet. Wifi worked great. Easy to walk to the beach to the south but not Carrara's main beach. I wish there were bikes on the property for guests to use if they don't have a car-like I did. No ocean views, but within steps of the ocean.

Not within walking distance of any restaurants or grocery stores. Heavily reliant on bus to get to everything- including the train station.

It was the perfect way to spend some time off

i liked how quite it was and how close to the beach it was the perfect get away

there was just one thing, sadly the chairs on the balcony were broken but that’s a small thing everything else was just perfect

Dont book!

Pretty nice apartment, close to the sea.

Very bad behaviour with the guests, from the owner -Belvilla! They charged us half of the price - even that I payed entire amount to Booking.com. When I called them by phone, they rejected... I dont book next time!😔

Exceptional

The apartment was very nice, big and clean, fully equipped. It is near to famous sights in a tactical location.

Sofa bed wasn't convenient. It was ok for children. The shading in front was not working and some of the plastic blockers that hold the shutters back were also broken. You can't swim at the beach in front because it is full of big marble rocks, you can hurt yourself. The nearest beach is 500 m dog beach, which is neither a family beach place so you have to walk a bit further.

Very good

The apartment has direct view to the sea and located in quite area. Possible to watch Netflix on television as well as strong wifi. We did not have a car during our stay but there are plenty of parking available in front of the house.

Location is a bit far. There is bus L51 which runs every 30 minutes that helps a lot. Walking is to the center is not nice since there is no good pedestrian walk near the apartment. To be more specific, it has to cross a busy road next to the habor where trucks often pass by. Though the house has enough facilities for long stay, it is quite an old apartment.

Comfortable stay by the seaside

Appartament outside the main track, very comfortable and cosy, fully exuiped, with great see view! Even in November great choice to spend a few days by the seaside and have a rest. Calm area but during pick season probably more crowded, 10 min to train station (by bus 51). Shop and restaurant nearby. Easy contact with very nice and helpfull owner.

Superb

Very welcoming host, very cosy place, feeling "at home", all necessary equipment, close to the sea, no traffic, very calm and quiet place, perfect price-quality. Please mind that this place is more for those travellers who have a car.

Appartamento dal grande potenziale ma poco curato

Vista dalla finestra molto bella. Balcone che offre la possibilità di fare colazione/pranzare/cenare direttamente vista mare. Immobile con un potenziale immenso che potrebbe davvero essere bello e "regalare" un ottimo soggiorno se curato nei minimi dettagli.

Presenza di muffa per tutto l'immobile. Continue richieste di pagamenti extra da parte dell'host non conforme alla politica di booking. Diffidate sempre da chi richiede pagamenti extra esterni alla piattaforma. Vicini molto rumorosi.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, wenige Minuten zu Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto gut zu ereichen. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Wohnung ist mir allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.

Ottima posizione e casa ben attrezzata

Casa molto ben attrezzata, sia per bambini che per animali , tantissimo parcheggio fuori. Zona ben servita, la signora é stata molto gentile a farmi entrare a casa un po' prima visto il maltempo, ha tutto ciò che si ha a casa, microonde mini primer forno e anche detersivi per pulire. Top!!

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Lage.

Unterkunft direkt am Meer, dort gibt es viele Reste von Marmorplatten, die Kinder hätten dort am liebsten den ganzen Tag Steine gesammelt. Sandstrand zum baden mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten, flach abfallend. Unterkunft war sehr gut Ausgestattet. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Fensterläden waren lichtundurchlässig, ideal zum ausschlafen. Lage Ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Parken direkt vor der Haustür. Kommen gerne wieder.

Zustellbetten waren nicht so bequem.

L appartamento non era quello indicato nelle fotografie . Quello scelto nelle foto era al primo piano e si poteva vedere il mare quello che ci hanno dato era al piano terra impianto di riscaldamento molto rumoroso .

wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr schön. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch für unseren Hund war ein Körbchen parat gestellt das er gleich in Anspruch genommen hat. Wir werden gerne diese Unterkunft wieder buchen und können sie wärmstens empfehlen.
