Best location to stay in Tuscany and visit nearby places

The host welcomed us at the property in the middle of the night. We keep him updated with our late night check in time and everything went smoothly while check in. The parking was really easy. The location is just 5 mins away from the express rout to all nearby cities. WIFI and other kitchen anilities are perfect at the property. Me and my wife worked online from home for a day and did not see any problems with WIFI. The beach is just 10 mins walk from the house. Many grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. In all perfect place to stay.

Great apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean. Nice big balcony. Everything is new and it has everything you need for the holidays including dish and laundry washers. There is a free parking in front of the building. Very good location, beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. Also the Marina di Carrara is a great location as a base for visting Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Portofino, Porto Venere, Florence, etc. Hosts were great, very helpful. They are there for you for whatever you need.

Great place to stay

Very friendly owner, great location, modern apartment and very clean. Nice view on mountains. Very well equipped kitchen and additional equipment for babies/kids. Family friendly property!

If anyone is planning a trip to the region, I would highly recommend you stay here! It is worth it a

Luigi (the host/owner) is a very nice man who treats customers as guests and really goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable. He gave great recommendations on places to visit in the area, presented us a bottle of wine on the day of our arrival and checked up on us to make sure we were doing well. Apart from the hospitality, the amenities in the apartment were very good. The kitchen was nice with cutlery, crockery, stove top, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, even a blender, etc. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We could also use two bikes during our stay.

Relax a Marina di Carrara

Appartamento situato in un palazzo situato in buona posizione. A pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e bar. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata in 10/15 minuti. Il proprietario signor Luigi estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato il Bagno Doride e vari ristoranti vicini alla struttura, sempre raggiungibili a piedi. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato sotto casa. Appartamento ben arredato e moderno. Ampio terrazzo dove abbiamo pranzato in compagnia anche della mia cagnolina. Senz'altro consigliato.

L'ascensore dello stabile è un po' vecchiotto. Anche se ha fatto il suo servizio portandoci al sesto piano senza inconvenienti.

Cortesia e disponibilità senza pari. L'appartamento poi è un gioiello. Curato nei minimi dettagli. La porta di legno della cucina a vetro è stupenda poi! Terrazzo davvero grande e perfetto per le colazioni, pranzi e cena vista mare La zona perfetta. Ci siamo dimenticati della macchina per una settimana. Consigliato a tutti!
