About this house rental
Quietly located beautiful large stone country house overlooking the small village of Guardea (1.5 km), Lake Alviano and the Tiber Valley - a true natural oasis! Its plot covers about 1.1 hectares with woods, olive and fruit tree groves and in the garden there is the beautiful pool and an outdoor area for your outdoor meals. All first floor bedrooms have high windows with no views. Domestic help on request (payment on spot). Distances: 20 km Orvieto, 40 km Todi, 45 km Viterbo, 70 km Tuscania, 80 km Perugia. Perugia's old town, perched on a hill, is a popular destination with its flair, narrow streets and numerous cultural monuments. In town, visit the Palazzo dei Priori with its extraordinary outdoor staircase and national gallery. In addition, Perugia is the site of the world-renowned jazz festival "Umbria Jazz" every year (early July) and a chocolate fair in October, a treat for your palate! Horseback riding enthusiasts will find one of the largest equestrian facilities in Italy near the vacation home.
