Beautiful view, clean and fully equipped apartment

Lovely view, great pool. The apartment was clean and the bedroom stayed nice and cool. The bed was comfortable. The owners gave us a free upgrade when we asked if there were any cooking facilities in the apartment we had selected, which was very nice of the owner. The kitchen was well equipped and all was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

The staff hardly speak any English, so do have google translate ready.

Beautiful, peaceful setting for a great family stay

The accomodation was perfect for my family (Inc baby and toddler) - the swimming pool along with our inflatables was entertaining and it was great to have the little community area with a restaurant and bar just a walk away. The Restaurant served fantastic food and was a real treat and a must is getting some of the craft beer made at the Podere. The bar also sells some pastries and pizza type slices so it isn't as remote for lunch as some agritourismos. Staff were so kind and accomodating, room was a great size. For those thinking about not hiring a car it was very manageable to get a taxi from Orvieto station and there is a supermarket 10 mins from the station to get supplies before you head up to the agritourismo. Can recommend lady taxi Orvieto and would pre-book.

Beautiful location but no facilities

Stunning location and beautiful garden

We booked for 5 days and left after 1. The restaurant in the local village which was referred to on the website has shut. The room had no facilities to cook and not even a glass for some water. the only option to eat was to drive 5k down a rough zig zag mountain road to a roadside cafe. The swimming pool was also closed. I don’t think when we booked it was clear that it would not be open in mid May when the temperature was 28 degrees. The room was large but really dated and tired. It smelt fusty and hadn’t been aired. The soundproofing from the bathroom above was none existent. The lady that met us wasn’t very friendly or welcoming.

We spent 3 night here and really loved it. Breakfast was excellent! And 1 night we had dinner there which was also delicious! Our boys loved the pool! We loved the place and the view! Anytime again!

Amazing place and amazing host

The location was stunning, perfect place to keep yourself away from the stress of the work routine. The host has been kind on every aspect, and when I say kind I mean VERY kind, expect to be spoiled by the host. Everything feel very authentic and rural nevertheless everything is super clean and tidy. They have a wide variety of locals products that makes the breakfast incredible and you can even try their homebrew bear ( amazing and worth a try ) overall an amazing place

Two of the three bedrooms are a bit to hot for the middle-italian summer and the beds in those rooms have very warm sheets that make the sleep ( if you have a bit of bad luck due very warm night like us ) a bit uncomfortable. I suggest to put air conditioning also in those rooms.

Een pareltje in het Italiaanse Umbrië: wij komen nog terug!

We waren op doorreis in Italië en na ons familiebezoek, was dit onze laatste vakantie-stop. We werden via kleine kronkelwegen, minder goede wegen, velden en pittoreske dorpen, tot bij Laura en haar team geleid. Laura stond ons op te wachten en een oudere man van de familie begroette ons ook hartelijk, de hond kwam meteen knuffels sprokkelen. Deze B&B is erg authentiek en je voelt je meteen welkom en thuis door de familiale sfeer en de privacy die je gegund wordt. Het gezin is gemakkelijk bereikbaar via Whatsapp en aanspreekbaar in de omgeving van het huis. Ze polsen regelmatig hoe het gaat, of er nog handdoeken voldoende zijn, ... maar ze blijven bescheiden en zijn erg aangenaam in de omgang. Het ontbijt kan je tegen een kleine vergoeding nuttigen en bestaat uit dagverse producten, huisgemaakte 'dolci' (taart en gebak), vers fruit, joghurt, toastbrood, sapjes, enz. Laura bedient je van een heerlijk kopje koffie en je kan voor een vleugje muziek zorgen via de jukebox. Er is een zwembad, een ligweide en voldoende zetels/bedden/schaduwplekjes. Het zwembad wordt dagelijks proper gemaakt en het domein is netjes onderhouden. De kamer is voorzien van airco, er is een ruime douche, een ijskastje, ... Aan onze kamer was een gezellig hoekje met tafel en stoelen om buiten te vertoeven met een boek of een pizza 's avonds, die je in de omliggende gemeente kan halen. Verder konden we onze auto aan onze kamer parkeren.

Wij waren zeer erg tevreden! Als we dan toch 1 kleine bemerking mogen geven... Onze kleerkast had weinig kleerhangers en we ontdekten 'memel' in het hout van de kleerkast waardoor we onze kleding uitgestald bij onze koffers hebben gelegd wat ook geen probleem was omdat er achter het bed voldoende opberg- en stockageruimte was.

Disorganizzazione e delusione.

Siamo arrivati di sera ed è stato difficile capire cosa ci potesse piacere considerato che la struttura giusta non è riconoscibile in alcun modo.

Siamo stati accolti da un signore che casualmente stava uscendo da un’abitazione; ci è stato detto che eravamo nel posto giusto sebbene non ci fosse alcuna insegna, una volta condotti alla stanza prenotata nulla era riconducibile a quanto visto su Booking. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni , il signore anziano ha chiamato un ragazzo di nome Marco che ha capito di averci assegnato la stanza prenotata da un gruppo di 6 persone. Siamo stati accompagnati nella nuova stanza dove, sebbene gli arredi fossero meno datati e gli spazi meno angusti, sembrava di essere in stanze comunicanti con gli altri clienti. In generale nulla ci ha fatto pensare di trovarci in una stanza lucury di una struttura organizzata. Abbiamo cercato di giustificare il tutto attribuendolo ad inesperienza e superficialità.

Posizione ottima,vista mozzafiato. Ma da rivedere il servizio di pulizia.

La posizione è ottima,molto vicina alla Superstrada che si collega benissimo. La struttura è caratteristica Umbra,molto accogliente e con una vista mozzafiato.I propietari sono a modo e molto discreti,disponibili alle esigenze del cliente.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal giovedì alla domenica,in un appartamento molto spazioso,ma purtroppo..I servizi di pulizia non sono adeguati.Il frigorifero andrebbe sostituito,non era pulito e la porta si chiudeva bene,se una sedia la bloccava. La biancheria era pulita e questo è fondamentale,ma essendo un casolare antico,necessita di maggior manutenzione. Sui muri c'erano ragnatele e si sentiva odore di polvere nelle stanze. Non c'erano i detergenti per i servizi igienici. E se non avessi portato l'occorrente,saremmo stati tre giorni senza ne shampoo ne bagnoschiuma. Nella doccia il filo del campanello di emergenza,mostrava chiari segni di scarsa pulizia. Soggiornare con tre bambini è stato abbastanza difficoltoso,per via della poca pulizia. Consiglio di provvedere almeno alla fornitura di cuffiette per doccia e saponette monouso. Anche l'arredamento andrebbe rivisto.

Il posto ideale

Un’oasi immersa nelle campagne Umbre. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il proprietario, persona calorosissima e disponibilissima che ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi illustrandoci tutto ciò che la struttura offre e consigliandoci cosa visitare e dove poter pranzare o cenare. Il must della struttura secondo me è peró il figlio del proprietario che ha fatto sentire i miei figli come a casa giocando con loro e condividendo i giocattoli. Diventerà sicuramente un nostro punto di riferimento per i prossimi weekend lontani da stress, smog e caos cittadino.

Prezzi alti per i servizi offerti.

La piscina è meravigliosa, con vista e un giardinetto con sdrai molto curato. C’è un distributore di bibite e barrette ( per fortuna perché non c’è nulla nel raggio di km)

Rapportato al prezzo la struttura era datata, non c’era il bagnoschiuma per lavarsi e nella doccia nemmeno una mensilità per il sapone. Essendo acqualoreto e di conseguenza questo Agriturismo, una tappa del cammino dei borghi silenti, me l’aspettavo con più servizi per il pellegrino.
