Peace and nature

Lovely property, peace and nature, goat in the garden and a funny benevolent dog. We were kindly welcomed (although the owners do not speak english).

Stunning location, comfortable and spacious accommodation.

Beautiful property, lovely garden, breathtaking views. We stayed in the Arancione apartment, which was exceptionally spacious and perfect for the five of us - one single room and a double with a shared bathroom and a double room with en-suite. Also plenty seating, sun loungers and space for kids to run around. The host was extremely helpful snd very friendly.

We only stayed two nights. I think the only concern regarding a longer stay is that there was no washing machine, however I didn’t verify if the owner was able to give us access to one.

Beautiful property well worth the stay

Beautiful gardens, lovely owner and (I presume) his Dad ! The blue room was huge, nicely decorated and clean. Asked if they had breakfast as I stupidly didn't read fully on booking.com but he kindly provided some biscuits, jam and coffee which was very kind. Would definitely stay again !

I would like more pillows but I do sleep with 3 which I think may be more than the standard haha

Place with a real italian spirit!

It is fantastic place with a very nice and flexible host! Big spacious rooms and wonderful garden with olive and fig trees, tables and beds to rest. There is a amazing view to the whole area where you can admire beautiful surrounding of olive fields and mountains in the background .There is also space to have barbecue. Great place to stay for few days and visit Umbria as it is very central. Highly recommended! :)

Piscuresque place to enjoy and explore Umbria

Pleasant and picturesque setting, nicely maintained surroundings, attentive and friendly service, excellent Wi-Fi, ample gated parking for cars. Good location as a base to explore most of the Umbria’s sights.

While kitchen area is spacious, the fridge in this room is small (under the counter) considering the apartment houses up to 6 adults. Take this into account when shopping for groceries.

Nice farm stay in the middle of the Umbrian hills. Nice garden where you can sit and relax. You can buy good olive oil from the property owner.

No food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is offered. Offering at least breakfast would be a huge plus.

Good starting point to visit cities around, however darkness in the apartment is a big disadvantage

Really pleasant garden with nice landscape, perfect for eating there breakfast or supper ( if you don't have a crazy girlfriend who is scared about the bees ). Quite spacious apartment with big comfortable bed, Location is very comfortable because it is in the middle of a lot of nice cities.

Apartment is too dark, difficult to spend lot of time inside. You need to pay for air conditioning and the rules of it are not transparent. A little more personal approach from the owner would be appreciated (like advising where to eat or go)

This property is in an excellent location for touring around and has a lovely garden with extensive views. The apartment is spacious and WiFi good. Mirco is a friendly host. There is secure parking behind automatic gates.

There was no microwave in the flat, just a hob and a tea towel would have been useful. The outside light shone through the window at night so my advice would be to bring an eye mask if you think that might bother you

Struttura top e location bellissima

Location bella e molto ben curata, sicuramente nel periodo primaverile e estivo sarà stupenda. Per quanto riguarda la struttura contanto che eravamo con temperature intorno allo zero, i proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare l'abitazione bella calda.

Purtroppo in zona non ci sono servizi, bisogna spostarsi di una quindicina di km per trovare bar o supermercati. Questo di certo non è una colpa però se devo trovare un piccolo neo direi questo.

Niente. Magari un suggerimento potrebbe essere far trovare agli ospiti un minimo di “benvenuto”, tipo caffè e qualche biscotto visto che i posti più vicini dove approvvigionarsi sono un poco distanti. Ma è solo un suggerimento!

Apprezzare la campagna umbra in una struttura rimessa a nuovo con il gusto rustico .

Bel posto appartamento grandissimo con tutte le comodità, silenzioso..pulito..il top per chi cerca pace e natura. Un po fuori dal centro per chi volesse trovare qualcosa da fare soprattutto la sera..ma se cerchi pace con uno stile rustico da condividere con amici o partner.. è perfetto. Il proprietario, presente gentile e discreto.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere città vicine. Location ideale per la tranquillità. Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Molto verde attorno per rilassarsi e prendere aria fresca. Il proprietario Mirko molto cordiale e sempre disponibile.

Un soggiorno perfetto

Un ambiente di campagna molto tranquillo e accogliente, un giardino curatissimo e profumato a disposizione degli ospiti, la gentilezza e disponibilità dei fratelli Mirco e Giuseppe unitamente alla bellezza delle colline umbre, dei suoi borghi, delle sue chiese e palazzi , delle sue cantine hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente anche per acquistare il buonissimo olio di oliva prodotto dalla stessa Azienda Agraria Graziani.

Nulla, avremmo dovuto fermarci di più per goderci la pace dell'agriturismo prima di rientrare al lavoro;-)

In sintonia con la natura

La tranquillità, lo spazio interno ed esterno a disposizione; la gentilezza di Mirco, il proprietario, che non ha preteso alcuna "tassa" per la presenza del cagnolino (in altra struttura mi hanno chiesto 10 euro a notte!).

La strada per raggiungere la struttura; la colazione non compresa nel prezzo. Se Mirco riesce a creare un piccolo ambiente dove poter presentare una colazione varia (salata e dolce) a tutti gli ospiti, la sua struttura diventa top. Magari con qualche assaggio preparato con il latte della sua mucca e delle sue caprette.
