Very nice

Very beautiful place. Quiet and comfortable. Close to the start of a hiking trail. Delicious, high-quality restaurant inside the hotel. Very nice attitude of the staff. Due to a flight delay we arrived three hours later than expected and they waited for us patiently and even allowed us a full meal at the restaraunt after ten o'clock in the evening

Just small things: missing sockets by beds. No curtain in the bathroom

The view from the balcony on the mountains and valley was great, the rooms good and the restaurant excellent.

Google maps sent us on the wrong, steepy and rocky road. After reorientation we found the good and much better road.

Very pleasant stay - highly recommended

- The food in the restaurant was very tasty - The bathtub .... with a glass of wine and your gorgeous girlfriend... nothing more to say about that ;) You would build the picture yourselves - The bed is big and comfortable

Great place to go if you want to be close to the mountain

The location is very good if you want to go hiking. The breakfast was good - two crepes, coffee and orange juice. The restaurant has a good lunch menu at decent prices.

The room was a little dark. The breakfast waitress was somewhat unfriendly.

Nice, friendly well placed hotel.

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the shower and staff helpful and friendly. It is on the edge of town up a hill, with a lovely view of the mountains, it is better to have a car. There is a free car park opposite.

Coffee making facilities in the room would be nice.

This is a fabulous hotel, we would highly recommend!! A little difficult to find and the road is narrow and steep, but worth the trouble. The staff are excellent, the rooms are of an excellent size the balcony off our queen room was one of the largest I've seen. The food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble.

Not a dislike but bath mats would be useful as the bath was slippy when having a shower and the water went all over the floor.

Great location for a walk/hike along the Stara Reka. I highly recommend to take the trip. A little bit further from center of Karlovo.

Bon petit déjeuner dans un beau jardin. Hôtel sympa et situé dans un endroit très calme. Hôtel à 5 minutes du centre-ville.
