Comfortable convenient option.

Well located, modern, clean and helpful staff. Parking could be an issue at busy times but was well organised for us. Recommendation to visit nearby Roman town was a winner.

Balcony is only really a tiny space for smokers.

Bulgaria Roadtrip from Romania

The place was a few minutes walking from the main square right in the center and across Vasili Levski Museum. The host gave us an upgrade to a studio so it was more then enough for us. A huge bonus was the parking place nearby in a safe place.

If you visit Karlovo and the region this is one of the best places to stay at. Centrally located.

The staff at the hotel are great bunch of guys, friendly and going above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. The Rooms are big, new and very clean with great views. The location of the hotel is 10 out of 10, just a minute walk from the city center and a 10-15 minutes walk to all kinds of hikes in Stara Planina/The Balkan Mountain Range. 15 minutes walk to the beautiful Karlovo Waterfall. I recommend the really nice Edno Vreme Restaurant (Once Upon a Time).

Parking space is a little tight, but that’s an ongoing problem in any city in Bulgaria. The hotel has a few assigned parking spaces you just call the receptionist 10-15 minutes before arrival and you’ll have your parking space for sure.

The loveliest little hotel in Bulgaria

This lovely family-run hotel is in an excellent central location, walking distance from the train station. The extra decorative touches in the room and plants in the lobby add to it's charm but the highlight was the host's friendliness and helpfulness.

Cozy, clean, and right in the heart of Karlovo!

We were very happy with our stay! This little hotel is a hidden gem – cozy, spotless, and perfectly located right in the center of Karlovo. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the town super easy and enjoyable. The room was bright, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Parking was easy to find nearby, which is a big plus for a central location. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Karlovo!

Simply the best

Friendly host, the place was exceptionally clean. We were offered to be picked up from the train station which was a nice touch. It has everything - location is the city center of Karlovo, it is near a non stop store, pharmacy and restaurants, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

Great hotel and great service

The hotel was above any expectation: Clean and well maintained room for a good price. But most importantly the service was great. Was accepted by a nice young guy with good English. I asked from him to help me with some local phone calls to the mountain huts. He seemed happy to help and he got everything fixed. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean, modern room with new furniture and very comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom with all amenities that you might need. Minibar with drinks and chocolate to a very fair price. Nice balcony with view. Good working aircon. Central location at a good price. You can't ask for more.

At check-in nobody was at the small reception, so it was a bit difficult to find somebody at first. But the friendly lady from the real estate agency in front helped me out.

Spotlessly clean centrally located room

Immaculately clean room and hotel with very nice owners. They want to help you in any way they can. Excellent bed. Very central as the name of the hotel suggests. Private parking place in front of the hotel.

No private terrace. Balcony too small to sit on. No kitchen. Studio is in fact a room.

One of the best hotels I've ever been! Superfriendly stuff was ready to pick me up even in the middle of the night. Everything is new and made with a big taste. Was surprised to find a terrace with table and chairs - perfect place for calm meals with a stunning view of the mountains

If you add some shelves in the bathroom, your place will be #1 in Bulgaria :)
