"Lütt Hus". In the rustic style holiday home, you can forget all your worries and experience a unique stay that will undoubtedly appeal to you.

To be pampered with culinary delights, the new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and other amenities, where you can let your ideas run wild and try out new recipes.
You then have the opportunity to serve your dishes in the charming dining area.
Once you have strengthened sufficiently to the master bedroom is ideal to escape into the realm of dreams and forget the rest of the world.
In addition, you have another TV available.
The smaller houses two comfortable single beds that our younger guests can move into. A dresser and drawers are available as storage space.
In the beautiful bathroom you can relax under a hot shower and all load falls off your shoulders. Then you are no longer yourself ...
On your large veranda you can with your friends spend an entertaining evening and use the charcoal grill to organize a tasty barbecue.
Meanwhile, children can play in the garden and have plenty of fun outdoors.

The tax must be paid at home 'Seagulls Nest' on site in our office in the beach park Grossenbrode. Bed linen and towels can be ordered free of charge upon request. 100, - Euro deposit are due in advance. This will be returned upon departure. Electricity / water / heating are included. A car park is free of charge.

Mit Kind und Hund sind wir prima untergekommen. Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Pflegezustand… es gibt …außer dem Wetter eigentlich nichts zu meckern.. außer, dass es recht lange brauchte es bei Ankunft auf akzeptable Temperatur zu bekommen… es war aber auch furchtbar kalt draußen und bei normalen Temperaturen sollte man dieses Problem nicht haben. Insgesamt könnender eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen!

Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Die Einrichtung
ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage am Ende der Straße, der große Garten, das freie Feld ringsum, einfach suuuper für unseren Hund. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal dort !!!

Tolles kleines Haus am Rande in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Ruhe und trotzdem zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar (Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essen, Meer...). Organisation und Hausverwaltung freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Zeit dort, bei der traumhaften Landschaft und den netten Menschen verbracht. Jeder Zeit wieder... wir kommen nochmal nach Großenbrode

Wir waren mit 3 Pers. + 1 Hund im Lüt Hus. Vermieter freundlich u. Hilfsbereit. Großenbrode ist ein kleiner, recht hübscher Ort, der sich für Menschen, die die absolute Ruhe lieben und nur relaxen wollen anbietet. Die angegebene Beschreibung war in etwa so wie beschrieben. In dem Bett im Schlafzimmer konnte man gut schlafen. Als Einschränkung, wenn man kochen möchte, ist die Küche sehr spatanisch.
Die Küchengeräte (Herd, Klappe vom Gefrierschrank), haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Haben aus diesem Grund nur 1 x gekocht.
Der Garten ist für Hundebesitzer gut geeignet, letztes Haus am Feld, allerdings nicht rund umzäunt. Terrasse ist schön, Sitzmöbel auch, eine Liege war auch vorhanden, leider keine Auflage. Zum Gassi gehen prima.
Großenbrode ist ein sehr kleiner Ort, mit einer kurzen Strandpromenade an der sich ca. 5 Restaurants befinden. Zu empfehlen sei hier die Strandperle.
Leider darf man anders als es uns gesagt wurde auch nach dem 15.9. nicht mit Hunden an den Strand. Es gibt dort an der Promenade keinen Hundestrand und so kann man nur an den Weststrand fahren, der ein recht schöner Naturstrand ist. Allerdings sind keine Toilletten, Strandkörbe, Kiosk ectr. dort vorhanden.
Der Hauptstrand an sich war zu der Zeit als wir dort waren, voller Seetang und wurde nicht gesäubert. Vielleicht ist das in der Nachsaison so, nur wofür zahlt man dann noch Kurtaxe?
Sind dann zum Hundestrand in Heiligenschein gefahren, der ist okay auch mit Strandkörben, wo leider trotz super Wetter und vielen Touristen die einen Korb mieten wollten niemand da war.
Also sind wir ab dem 3. Tag tgl. die 35 km nach Dahme und/oder Grömitz gefahren.
Beide Orte sind wunderschön mit langer Strandpromenade, zahlreichen Cafes und Restaurants, den tollsten Stränden (auch Hundestrände), mit an jedem Strand geöffneten Strandkorbvermietungen.
Die tägliche Fahrt dorthin hat sich wirklich gelohnt und deshalb war unser Ostseeurlaub ein richtig toller Urlaub.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder an die Ostsee fahren aber dann direkt nach Dame oder Grömitz fahren.
Wir wussten im Vorfeld, dass Großenbrode ein kleiner Ort ist, haben im Nachhinein aber gemerkt, dass dies doch nicht ganz unserem Wunsch nach Urlaub entspricht.
Was uns richtig stört und in den ganzen Jahren in denen wir über verschiedene Anbieter Fe Häuser gebucht haben, ist es noch nie vorgekommen, dass wir die Kaution nicht bar ausgezahlt bekommen haben. Hier dauert es 14 Tage, dass finden wir NICHT in Ordnung.
