'Baltic Sea Breeze 15'. Our lovingly and high-quality penthouse apartment is located in the 4th and 5th Floor of the house Ostseebrise in the beach park Großenbrode.
The distance to the Baltic Sea beach is about 80m. The apartment is 64 square meters and has underfloor heating - first occupancy July 2014.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
The rental rates are for 2 people, each additional person pays an extra night per night.
The tourist tax must be paid locally in our office in the house 'Möwennest'.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request.
100, - € deposit are due in advance.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
You can expect many extras that will guarantee you a pleasant holiday. The pure relaxation and recreation offers our whirlpool tub in the bathroom.
On the roof terrace in south-west direction you sit wind- and sight protected and have a lateral Baltic Sea view. You can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. A loggia is attached to the bedroom. There you have a clear view to Fehmarn and see the Baltic Sea to the side.
The living area has a large flat screen TV, a Blu-Ray player and a stereo system. In addition, free Wi-Fi. In addition, the apartment has a selection of board games, as well as books for adults and children.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with all major appliances. Here you can easily prepare your favorite dishes. The dining table is extendable and provides ample space for 4 people.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The other bedroom (2 single beds) is located on the spacious gallery and is accessed via a staircase. Here you will find a second TV.

Wir waren kurzfristig nach Grossenbrode gereist und hatten wirklich Glück mit diesem Objekt. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, FeWo und Meer ist eine tolle Agentur, die uns super aus der Patsche geholfen haben. Aber die Reinigungsfirma, wohl auch der Hausverwalter - gruselig!!! Wir hatten fremde Sachen im Apartment und keiner wusste, dass diese dem Eigentümer gehören, bei kurzfristigen Buchungen (3 Tage vor Anreise) kann die Firma weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher bereitstellen. Angeblich ist hier eine Vorlaufzeit von 8 Tagen vorgesehen, was leider nirgends steht noch kommuniziert wird…
Zum Glück hat der VermieterFeWo und Meer uns aushelfen können.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen und erneut hinreisen.
