About this apartment rental
'Sea noise 16'. Our apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and easily accessible via a lift without a barrier. Spend your holiday in one of the sunniest areas in Germany. On the roof terrace and the loggia you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and a wonderful view over the free Baltic Sea to Dahme, with good visibility even to the Mecklenburg coast.

A tourist tax is payable, you pay with us in the office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
A pet for an additional charge of 20, - € bookable.

The apartment has a tastefully decorated living-dining area with fireplace, sofa bed and exit to the south-west roof terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and exit to the east loggia, a living Sleeping gallery with double bed (150 cm x 200 cm, 1 adult + child / 2 children) and 2-seat suite and a full bath with shower and whirlpool.
Also from the bathroom and from the platform bed on the gallery you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.
In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for a holiday. Promenade, spa, spa, restaurants, shopping. Holy harbor and the island of Fehmarn with many attractions are within easy reach.
Special features: telephone in the German. Landline. From May to September, a beach chair is available free of charge.

Ferienwohnung schön aufgeteilt.Einziges Manko kleiner Kühlschrank aber man lebt damit.Wir waren zu viert zwei Erwachsene wir haben im Schlafzimmer geschlafen ein 17 jähriger oben und der andere im Wohnzimmer auf dem Ausziehsofa.
Alles bestens bei jüngeren Kindern hätte beide oben geschlafen.
Wir fanden Ausstattung und Lage perfekt.m

Klein aber fein/ Ausstattung wie TV oder Küche völlig ausreichend/ ruhig/ sehr schöne Umgebung/ Fahrstuhl/ gutes Wlan/ erneuter Bezug nicht ausgeschlossen bzw. gerne Empfehlung :-)

Schöne Ferienwohnung - topp ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet. Super Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand & zur Promenade. Agentur und Hausverwalter sehr nett und freundlich. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!
