About this apartment rental
'Baltic Sea Breeze 3'. Our apartment is located on the ground floor of the modern newly built building Ostseebrise in Strandpark in the Baltic resort of Großenbrode on the northern tip of the Bay of Lübeck.
The tourist tax must be paid locally in our office in the house 'Möwennest'.
Bed linen, towels, firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A pet is available for a surcharge. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.
The apartment was modern and attractively decorated and offers all the comfort that is needed for a successful and relaxing holiday in any season. The well-equipped kitchen with u. A. Microwave and dishwasher as well as kettle and egg cooker, is in open connection with the living room. There are u. a. a snug fireplace, a TV, blu-ray player and you also have access to the terrace (east orientation) where you can spend nice hours.
In the long hours of sunshine, which provides Fehmarnsund, they should just let your soul time. In the late afternoon or evening hours, it is very cozy when the fireplace blazes and they read a book or listen to music.
In the bedroom with double bed you will find a second TV. The smaller bedroom lends itself wonderfully to your little ones. There you will find a bunk bed.
With only 100 meters to the beach, the apartment offers an ideal starting point for beautiful beach holidays and the chance to explore the beautiful surrounding landscape with many attractions. Nearby are also the Fehmarn bridge and the famous and popular amusement park Hansa Park. For the beach visit with dogs is the Weststrand, where you have the opportunity to bring your dog on a leash.

Die Wohnung ist seht schön und modern eingerichtet und es ist auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei genaurem hinsehen ist leider aufgefallen, daß die Wohnung nicht gut gereinigt wurde. Auf dem Regal war immer noch eine dicke Staubschicht, der Wasserkocher war nicht zu gebrauchen und die Dusche ist arg verkalkt, dies liegt aber nicht am Vermieter sondern an der beauftragen Reinigungsfirma. Trotz der kleineren Mängel hatten wir eine schöne und erholsame Zeit . Die Lage und der Preis würden uns immer wieder überzeugen wieder die Wohnung zu buchen.

Alles was eine Familie benötigt ist vorhanden und man kann sich hier wirklich wohl fühlen. Leider war die Wohnung bei Bezug auf den 2.Blick nicht ganz sauber. Unter der Couch im Wohnzimmer waren sehr viele „Wollmäuse“und Dreck und auf dem TV-Bord war eine dicke Staubschicht. Weiterhin war die Toilettenbürste kaputt (gebrochen) und an der TV-Bank war eine Schublade defekt/locker. Für uns keine extrem störendere Dinge aber eben doch aufgefallen. Grundsätzlich kann man diese Wohnung und alles drum herum aber aus unserer Sicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Immer wieder gern. Waren ein paar Sehr schöne Tage. Viele Grüße aus Südniedersachsen

Schöne FeWo, tolle Lage, einzig das quietschende Lattenrost und viel zu weiche Matratzen haben den Urlaub etwas getrübt.
