Welcome to House 6, Apartment 13—perfect for the whole family, with the ocean right outside your door!

This spacious, welcoming, and bright apartment, which sleeps up to 6 people, awaits you on the first floor and features a large terrace facing a sunny southwest. Free parking is available right outside the door!

The living room welcomes you with a cozy, large leather couch. For your entertainment, there’s a large flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and
Wi-Fi. From here, a sliding door leads directly out to the terrace and into the garden.

The adjoining, new built-in kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and separate freezer, as well as cooking and serving utensils. The large dining table offers plenty of space for all guests to enjoy meals together or relax during game nights.

The bedroom, featuring a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), boasts a large window, nightstands, a sideboard, and a flat-screen TV. When the waves are a bit rough, you can even fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and start the next day well-rested.

The second separate bedroom features a double bed (160×200 cm) for restful nights on vacation. A large closet for storing your vacation wardrobe, a sofa set, a side table, and a wicker armchair complete the furnishings. The sleeper sofa offers another cozy place to sleep for up to two guests (140 × 200 cm).

This property features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two additional separate rooms, each with a toilet, a mirror cabinet, a sink with vanity cabinet, and storage space. Each bathroom can be ventilated through large windows.

Highlight: You are welcome to use the fully fenced-in garden with a lawn. You can also access the garden through a separate entrance, where you can safely store your bicycles.

A washing machine and a high chair round out the amenities for the family. If you need to work from home, a workspace with a desk and storage options is available.

Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the open fields, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Facility:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
