Welcome to Apartment 34 in Building 3 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten.”
This bright and modern apartment for 4 people warmly welcomes you. In no time at all, you’ll reach the new promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand South Beach—enjoy the beach, explore, and experience the sea during the day, and in between, relax and unwind in your accommodation with a view of the sea!
In the living area, a large, cozy sofa with a view of the sea awaits you. This sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area.
The flat-screen TV provides entertainment, and the spacious dining area offers plenty of room for the whole family to gather.
In the high-quality built-in kitchen, you’ll find plenty of storage space for groceries, an oven, a microwave, a cooktop with an integrated range hood, an air fryer, and a full range of equipment for cooking and enjoying your meals.
In the sleeping area, two single beds await you for relaxing nights on vacation. The apartment can be darkened using exterior blinds.
From the south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of Südstrand, the promenade, and the sea, you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon.
Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on Südstrand (only from November through March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the countryside, or on the unspoiled Weststrand near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
