Kein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis im Hochhaus
Gute Lage, barrierefrei, seitlicher Ausblick, Ausstattung der Wohnung, seitlicher Meerblick
Blick auf das Hochhaus gegenüber Keine Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit im Haus Balkon fast nicht nutzbar durch vier Schwalbennester, damit auch keine Möglichkeit, die Wäsche aufzuhängen Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. Für fast 100.-euro/nacht ohne Frühstück kostete die bettwäsche/Handtücher nochmal 40.-euro Aufpreis! Für den Preis müsste man sogar Toilettenpapier selbst mitbringen

Für einen Kurzurlaub am Meer waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.
Sehr Zentral gelegen! Für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit ausreichend mit der Größe des Apartments.
Fahrstuhl ruckelt, Tür schließt nicht richtig. Daher musste man oft zu Fuss durch das Treppenhaus gehen. Und das in der 7 Etage, war recht sportlich.
