Great location, budget property for budget travellers - do not expect too much!

Location, good parking, cleanliness and ease of handover and takeover of keys. Communication was always clear and concise. Access to the property was good and the car park very close. The strand was within a minute walk with a few shops nearby. Access to a hoover, iron, dishwasher etc made for a more stress free time when it came to meal times, going out or a little bit of tidying up.

Given we live in the 21st century no WLAN! The internet password etc was not correct. The furniture is old, odd, some of it broken, I am not even sure the FairKauf would have the furniture for free. Whilst the flat accommodates 4 its better suited to 2 people, its very small. The overall condition whilst clean was definitely well used. Plenty of chew marks presumably from where people have had their pets stay. We didn't pay a lot to stay there and that is reflected in the standard. 2 house keys would be much appreciated.

Die Wohnung war völlig in Ordnung und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Für 2 Personen optimal.Für 4 Personen aus unserer Sicht zu klein. Unseren Vorbehalt Hochhäusern gegenüber war unbegründet, da es sehr ruhig und ordentlich zuging.

Der Herd war leider nicht unser Freund und wir konnten ihn zur Freude der Gastronomie nicht bedienen und sind essen gegangen. Eine Beschreibung der Handhabung wäre hier hilfreich.

Es war super schön gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung hat einen super Zustand und war sehr zentral gelegen. Es war sauber und alle waren sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert und der Parkplatz war bei unserer Ankunft super zu finden.

Sehr einfache zusammengewürfelte Ausstattung. Hellhörig. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.
