Heating kept warm throughout ,comfortable beds

Didn’t feel clean enough ,needs updating,didn’t realise flight of stairs to go up and had a 2 year old to watch and no door to stop him going on landing .so many windows looking at u outside 🙈

The place is not but need to replace the electric kettle and pan

The apartment is big

No shower gel or shampoo provided. Pots were dirty and electrical kettle has rust coming out.

Lack of facilities - had to buy oven gloves to be able to cook which we left behind for the next guest. No cleaning stuff to wipe sides after cooking ready for the next day. No mirror in main bedroom. Had to get ready in the other guests room. We have stayed in much nicer places for similar or less money. Lacked tlc and that personal touch. Uncomfortable mattress and sofas. Wasn't clear where exactly we should be parking.

Good value for money and ideal for our stay.

We were in Bristol for a christening so chose this property for the close proximity to the venue. The property was very clean and comfortable.

I booked the property for 4 guests. Unfortunately there was only towels for 3 guests. Also, as there was 4 of us, we needed to use the sofa bed but there was no sheet for the mattress.

Pleasant

We liked the area as it was great, apart from the improvement suggestions overall we thought it was good value for money. Bristol city was 20 mins drive for us. It was nice to come out of the hussle and bustle to return to the flat in a quiet and clean area.

Charged for cleaning but the flat is due an actual deep clean to rid of scents etc, feedback provided and have been told improvements will be made.

Convenient for the area and lovely and warm in winter.

Very warm and cosy when we entered the property. WiFi and TV options very good.

Parking was only available away from the property. The kitchen area and crockery were not clean. Rusty toilet role holder and towel dryer need replacing. Apart from the above it was a good place to stay for our needs.

Simplicity rules here!

Slept well, the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Near to Tesco Extra and Aldi.

Not enough toilet rolls, only provided 1 and half roll for 6 nights stay. No hand wash provided. The hood fan is not working.

Everything was spot on , location, peaceful nice and spacious!

The only thing I could be disappointed about is the single beds, a bit too small for me personally!

The actual beds were very comfy but sfo bed not so. On the whole it was well appointed but bathroom.

The sofa bed was not big enough for 2 adults. We assumed it was only for one person.

I really liked the place, very calm and quiet, everything I needed for a good night's sleep I had in this place. and the bed lining and were very clean.

I believe I should not comment but I believe that this will not imply anything. just some dust among the furniture.

very good location , can reach Bristol city centre by bus in like 25min nearby bus stop everything you need we found in flat enough space for family of 3. good speed internet

need little cleaning to be honest , didn’t seem someone cleaned before our visit found used masks and empty juice cartons in drawer. not big deal just saying

Nice basic accommodations that are fairly convenient with your personal vehicle. Easy drive to Bristol center.

The couches were not the most comfortable, feeling some supports coming through the cushions.

So much nicer than a hotel, quiet, comfortable and well equipped.

We were renting a whole apartment which was really nice, much more spacious and quiet than a hotel.

I was a bit surprised to be asked to pay a deposit upon booking even thought the reservation was cancellable.
