the keys are located about 15 k's from the property which is a bit annoying as you have to pick them up and then drop them off which adds about 15 mins to the trip either side.
The property is lovely, a little bit dated but has everything you need.

Incredible, fantastic view. Right on a nice beach. Spacious, airy unit, with even an ensuite to main bedroom. Large living area/kitchen/dining. Good size bedrooms and bathroom. Free internet with smart TV and lots of streaming stations (Foxtel, Disney+, Prime, Stan, etc). Well-equipped and comfortable. Convenient parking space. Though it is a top floor unit, not too many steps to climb up to it.
Unit and furnishings showing their age and some TLC would be good. A few mainenance issues (mentioned to the property manager) but these did not detract from our overall enjoyment from staying in the unit..

location and amazing view
only one portable oil heater. two other rooms were freezing cold for the kids for the first night. the next morning we went to bunnings to buy heater for each room.
