Just letting you know - bathroom sink tap downstairs requires a new washer as you need to tighten right up or it just runs, front door snib lock needs a tighten up or some graphite - key has to be juggled before opening door. Only little things though.

House looks almost new. It is very big. plenty of room for 6 adults. Neighbourhood is quiet and it is a short drive to most locations.
leaking taps. tight driveway. Sliding door doesn't lock. No toilet paper (minimal). no serious issues

Nothing serious but more power points in the downstairs bedrooms and it could use a heater downstairs. Very minor stuff

Customer service at key pick up was so nice and very organised. Location amazing and advertisement of property was 100% correct and true.
