About this house rental
Ocean views from lounge room, open plan dining & kitchen as well as the deck. This three bedroom air conditioned house is split level and located across the road from the waters of Soldiers Point! The prime location is perfect for holiday makers wanting to experience everything the peninsula has to offer!
The spacious deck wraps around the house show casing the fabulous views and features a built in bar making it perfect for entertaining! There are clear wind breaker blinds for protection when the weather is not ideal, but you don't need to worry as it won't take away from the mesmerizing view!
There are three bedrooms upstairs in the property all with built in robes and ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom is downstairs off the garage.
Linen is not provided - contact Port Stephens Accommodation to order linen packs and or want beds made for extra cost
Bedroom one has a king bed, BIR, ensuite, ceiling fan.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, BIR and ceiling fan.

Amazing view from the front balcony! It was great to sit on the verandah and just relax with the view of the ocean. It's a few minutes walk down the road to the beach access and the water was calm and clear. The younger kids loved playing there. The house is spacious and clean but be aware there is basically nothing provided except toilet paper and a few small samples of tea/coffee and washing powder. You'll have to bring all your own cooking and cleaning supplies, even salt/pepper and olive oil! But this was a small inconvenience and the shops are nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful views, a lovely part of the world. Accommodation was applicably priced. We could not access the 4th bedroom as the door was locked, and we were lucky that we had one less guest than expected. Would stay in this place again.

The property has a great view and plenty of room but is dated and in need of a spring clean. Overall it is clean but if you look deeper you notice the dust and dirt on the screens, inside cupboards and little niches. The driveway is very steep and gardens non existent. There is no internet service at all. Except for the view I would give this house a 6 out of 10

6/10This property was advertised as 4 bedroom but there are only 3 accessible even though I clarified there were 4 when I picked up the keys this caused problems for us with our 4 grandchildren.Steep driveway, no shops within walking distance.Having to drive 15 minutes to collect and return the keys was inconvenient.Being told to leave the house as clean as you found it is not something we have experienced. .before and we have stayed in many homes and always left them tidy and have always had excellent reviews.Having to run and empty the dishwasher and be out by ten was impossible so had to wash breakfast dishes by hand .The bbq was dirty so we didnt use it.Positives were the beautiful views ,alfresco dining and lounge and living spaceNot the best value for money compared to other places we have stayed.
