About this house rental
This four bedroom home has oceans views from the main bedrooms and deck and backs onto the National Park. It is in a quiet street and sleeps 6-8- ideal for two families. Bed and bath linen is included .
We welcome dogs and have a fenced yard and front deck , for inside dogs please bring dog bedding and we ask no sleeping on furniture or human beds.
The house has some stairs and the driveway is sloping so may not be suitable for people with mobility restrictions.

Full kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances;
3 bathrooms; 2 upstairs ( Main and ensuite) and one downstairs
4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and one downstairs
The lounge/kitchen/dining area and main bedroom is air conditioned; air conditioning also in2 upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs
Large leather lounge seats 8;
DVDs, 2 TVs, one downstairs, lots of books and High chair, cot, toys & books for the kids;
Foxtel and Netflix in the lounge room and NBN internet
OUTSIDE
Trampoline for small children only
The house also has a covered deck with BBQ;
It has a single garage with remote opener; and Table tennis in the garage.

This is our third time staying at Lucille's beach house and it was great yet again! Having 3 bathrooms is wonderful and the bedrooms are all large with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, glasses, pots and cutlery, and every utensil you need to cook. We appreciate that Lucille has supplied condiments, laundry liquid, tissues, glad wrap etc and lots of things that other short term rentals don't provide. We are looking forward to staying again next year :) Thanks Lucille!

We were right at home at the holiday house. We had a very comfortable stay

The Beach House is suited to a large family group. It’s well equipped and the deck and BBQ area is nice. However, the house is tired and in the midst of some overdue maintenance . The access is not for the faint hearted and if you have any mobility issues don’t think about it !The owner was very nice to deal with but overall I wouldn’t go back to that particular house for next Fingal Bay Holiday.
