Great house and well located. Nice size rooms, well stocked utilises in kitchen.
Very clean and fly screens on every window … big plus.
Only issue was the fridge wasn't working. The agent told us on arrival the fridge was to be replaced the next day but never heard anything further from them and fridge didn’t get changed.
Its a bit of a challenge with a fridge that doesn’t keep your supplies cold and the ‘door open’ beeper constantly beeps (fridge door wouldn’t seal closed).
Nonetheless, we had a happy time and would recommend the property.

This property offered comfort, privacy, and good amenities, although there is no air con, so I would not rent it in the summer months, though that is just my personal needs. They do have fans. It has been well renovated and the very well set up kitchen works well. I found the directions to use the oven very poor and only occasionally fluked getting it to work. Other than that it was home away from home and I would highly recommend it.

Nice easy property to stay in with close proximity to the beach and shops.

The house was in a good position close to river by foot and 5 minutes to beaches and shopping centre by car. The house was clean with plenty of pots, pans, etc. Love the new bathroom.
Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the weather was extremely humid. The fans provided were okay but the house was hot despite opening up the windows. Hawks Nest is divine and we'll be back.
