This modern 4-bedroom holiday home is ideal for children, with its fully fenced yard.
You will love the relaxed décor and beachy feel this home has about it. Open plan living area, complete with comfy furnishings. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has laundry facilities.
Only 5 minutes to restaurants, shops, golf club and the Myall River, a short walk to Jimmy’s beach and Bennett’s beach. Enjoy the best of both worlds with fishing, swimming, surfing and boating, all just a stone’s throw from this great holiday residence.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

Awesome location central to everything you need - pub, shops, beach, river. Short drive to Tea Gardens for extra restaurants and eateries & other various shops including Coles. Great little house with all that you need and a driveway to park the boat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in every way!

The description nailed it on the head, we loved our time in this house! Although it rained most of our stay the outdoor entertaining area is gorgeous, useable and child friendly.
We would definitely stay here again.

property is great and in great location. Overall was a good stay but it can definitely do with an upgrade on all mattresses and yes even the single ones. the coffee milk steamer was really grossly badly dirty and the remotes didn't work properly for the tv. other than that great house and backyard. Would like to go back if they fix the above mentioned.
