Step down lounge room with separate dining area from kitchen. There is a separate AC unit and fans. Great family house with a secured back yard. Undercover back entertaining patio. Close to the local Marina, wialking tracks and parks. Local restaurants , distillery & cafes located at the Marina .Fishing, swimming or kayaking out the front. 20* minutes to Nelson Bay. Key box and code sent to guests for access.

Nice place to stay, we can see lots of thought have been put in place, however need some attention in cleaning, we were all itching due to dust in bed and floors. Overall i recommend people to stay and provide feedback to the owner to change the cleaner.
