Waterfront at Sunset Boulevard 26 Sunset Boulevard

Lovely location. Beautiful view. The house was big with many different areas to sit and relax. The entire house was stylishly decorated.

One of the bathrooms upstairs was missing the shower head rendering that bathroom useless for adults who only take showers. Only 2 aircon units (1 in upstairs lounge, other one in downstairs area). No aircon in bedrooms, only fans. We had a couple of 38 degree days and the rooms were hot! Especially the upstairs 3 bedrooms that had no way of cooling down in such heat. They were boiling. Nobody upstairs could sleep. Aircon is definitely needed in bedroom areas. We still managed to enjoy ourselves, however, it would have been fantastic if these issues were addressed.

The size of the house was fantastic as we had our family and close friends together for 2 days.The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and the decor fabulous. The views are beautiful over the water. The calmness and quiet was just great.

There was a mix up with the key. We were given the wrong key to the house. This was frustrating as we had family travel long distances to the house. Eventually the correct key was delivered to the house. They also delivered a welcome pack as it was missing.

We supplied all meals, Cooking facilities were good Great to have the second fridge

There were no fans in the main lounge room, air conditioning did not work for the area in mid 30 degrees and no air circulation made times uncomfortable the second bathroom only had a bath, there was shower facilities that were not connected. Hopefully this is work in progress, being aged adults having a bath is not an option.

View & sunsets were amazing. Perfect spot for our boat, walk straight from the yard into the water. Home is beautifully decorated with all amenities. Hot outdoor shower after boating was great. Fabulous holiday destination. Highly recommended.
