Stillwater large cottage across from the water sleeping 13

Would highly recommend, the geographical location for the price was amazing !

Polite and respectful Staff.. Very clean and well presented accommodation .. just a perfect little get away.

Location for shopping, cafe/restaurants, and YKnot to Tea gardens fantastic

Not set up for 9 ppl. No lge saucepans for pasta, rice, noodles. (Glad I took two of my own). Fridge stunk of fish and again it is too small for 9 ppl. Half empty lemonade can found in single bedroom wardrobe. Bedside table in same room stunk of damp when drawers were opened and the single bed is broken and on a lean. You feel like you’re going to roll out of bed all night. We also had the back flat but it had no dessert plates and on arrival only 2 forks, 1 knife and 1 spoon. My two grandkids ate their cereal from a teacup each. Next morning after contacting the Real Estate twice during our first day there a dinner and cutlery set arrived after the second morning.

Outside of cottage grubby. Yard very overgrown, mowed on day 5 of our stay. Ant problem in kitchen and dining area, maintenance issues reported to O’Meara.

The location was perfect. So close to everything. Perfect family beach directly across the road and the water splash park and Marina were just a short walk. Having 2 bathrooms and an outside toilet was handy.

There were ants in half of the rooms, sand on the couch, some items from a previous tenant were still under the bed, rotted wood on the front window frame (about 6cm by 5cm), screens on windows were a bit loose which was a security issue, Air con didn't get to the bedrooms and only 1 of the pedestal fans worked, so I had to go and buy another 2! Remotes for TV in Main cottage didn't work. Loud music day and night from the neighboring property.
