My son collected the keys but knows the area as he travels up for work regularly.

I couldn't find the facility to drop off the keys, then after dropping the keys off, I felt anxious about where the keys had to go. We didn't like that our holiday ended.

The location was great, and the facilities in the house were good. Enough plates, cups, cutlery, pots etc to cater for large family. Great size, plenty for kids to do. Easy access and close to many beaches and shopping areas.

The lack of attention to detail. We arrived and the property had been cleaned but it was some time ago. There were spiders & cockroaches throughout areas of the house. Spider webs and droppings were very apparent on windows and window sills. The back area at the washing line hadn't been looked at or cleaned in a very long time. The grass was overgrown. I was contacted to let me know the garden maintenance man would be around to cut the grass. He never came in the 3 weeks we stayed. A bit more attention to detail with regards to the outside area would have made it a much more pleasant stay.
