The House - A comfortable single level family home offers floorboards throughout, air conditioned open plan living area with flat screen TV, Foxtel, DVD, CD player plus bi-fold doors that open up to the entertainment balcony with an in-built gas BBQ and outdoor setting for 10 guests. There is separate tiled dining area with a ceiling fan.The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances including full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, under-bench oven and glass stove-top.
The spacious master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, built-in robe, small TV and a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom is ideal for a young family with a tri-bunk bed (single on-top with a double on-bottom) and built-in robe. The third bedroom also has a tri-bunk bed, bedside table and built-in robe with the fourth bedroom offering a queen size bed, built-in robe plus a third TV. The main bathroom has a corner bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet.
Other features include a fully equipped laundry with top loading washer and dryer, plus internal access to the single lock-up garage. There is a second car space on the driveway as well as boat parking on the level grassed area at the front and side of this corner block making it easy to park your trailer boat or jet skis.
There are smoke alarms at this property.
