A big house for 10 with space.
Only one toilet for 10 people so I would reconsider staying again. Remodel with another toilet.

Quiet, safe location
A second toilet would be a great improvement. Having only one toilet upstairs when bedrooms are located both upstairs and downstairs is a distinct disadvantage.

The house was comfortable, well kept and reasonably well appointed. It was in walking distance to both the beach and the shops.
The house was advertised as "child-friendly" but with ten beds and only one toilet & bathroom I would hate to have more than 3 or 4 people staying there.
Regarding collecting the key to the property, this turned out to be very difficult because the key had to be picked up from the agent's office in Nelson Bay while the house was 15 minutes away in Anna Bay. Because we flew in and were without a car initially, this was a most inconvenient situation and a little more flexibility would have been appreciated.

The location was good
There was just 1 bathroom and toilet . Very inconvenient with 10 guests. No lock for the toilet. The bunk beds could have had railings for the top especially if there are kids.
