Space and privacy for each bedroom . Great for large groups . Close to soldiers point bowling club and diggers taxi cabs. We could walk to beach access across the road to have a swim.
The stairs and steepness of driveway . We could manage but people who cannot do stairs or steep slopes it is unsuitable .

I loved the Seaview!! You can watch sunrise right from the deck.
I didn’t like that the rooms were smelly when we entered. Many windows were locked so we couldn’t open it. Also we had to get all toiletries like tissue roll etc, should mention on the advert so people can pack before arrival. I hated the part where we had to go collect keys, which is 15 min away from this location. So we wasted 2 hours driving in out to hand over and collect keys, they should set up a lock box to fix this issue.
