The view was excellent and the location was relatively quiet.

perfectly equipped kitchen , comfy beds, amazing view and access to the beach
no air con. the bedrooms were really hot at night because of the western side of the building location. ceiling fans were ok but it definitely needs air con in the bedrooms . we stayed in late march and the temp was only mid 20s but the unit was very hot at night

The view was good. It was quiet and there was gated parking.
No air conditioning, had to go all the way into Nelson’s Bay to pick up and drop off the keys. The agent sent way too many text messages to the point of being annoying. Too strict about having visitors. Lounge needed cleaning as it had stains on it and the cups in the cupboard were not clean.
