The location was excellent. The space was great for a family.
The place could do with some maintenance and repairs. Along with a deep clean of the carpets, lounges etc. The sheets and bedding and bathrooms were clean, as was the kitchen, so nothing that prevents you from staying there but it feels and looks tired.

Fantastic layout , easy right on the waters edge. Restaurants & cafes down the road.
The sliding gate has issues which need to be fixed. Bit hard to get gear in & out.
