Nice quiet location, plenty of space for larger family
We did run out of hot water one night, there is a sign on ensuite door about this but maybe a larger hot water unit if the unit sleeps 10ppl

Fantastic location very close to beach & walks.
Very spacious property with lots of room for a family.
The air conditioning is only in two areas & it was particularly hot when we were there.
It could benefit from fans in all bedrooms or ceiling fans as it was very hot at night.

walking distance to marina was very useful.
outside area was great.
TV / media was good.
enclosed drying / sunroom area was good.
downstairs toilet was good
advised & confirmed there was no BBQ but one is provided.
Bedrooms all had double beds but more single beds would have been better.
