The whole experience from service to facilities.
Lack of aircon in bedrooms (but ceiling fans were installed, maybe I'm being picky).

Very very large apartment and balcony. secure with gate access key entry into entire building. has a lift. Has WIFI yet add says it does not and realtor unaware of wifi. Very large main bedroom and ensuite. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
No sheets/towels/bath mats either bring your own or hire them and make your own bed on arrival. No aircon in main bedroom would be very hot in summer. Pool always green and dirty
