Beautiful views
Drive way was steep, not for a 4wd . Lounge was beautiful, but a little hard to get out off.. probably not good for people with back problems.. but everything else was lovely and cosy..

OHS ISSUE outdoor setting rotted and dangerous to use. One post holding veranda roof completely rotted through with brick jammed in Split level stairs not stable Most uncomfortable lounge ever, too low backed and Base not firm

Nice quiet location. Newish appliances inside, house inside is neat and tidy.
Garden maintenance, grass needed to be mowed as was quite long, trees and shrubs overgrown over footpath and out the back. Just needs a good tidy up outside. Broken fly screens, doors a bit hard to open.
