Simply step outside, enjoy the beach, then wander back to the comfort of the unit whenever you need.
Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the bay, heading down for a swim, throwing in a fishing line or simply sitting back and watching the changing colours across the water, the outlook from this unit is truly mesmerising.
Inside, the light-filled living and dining area has been beautifully styled to create a relaxed coastal atmosphere, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space to unwind after a day by the water. The well-equipped kitchen makes holiday meals easy, while the waterfront setting provides an unforgettable backdrop to your stay.
The unit accommodates families and couples across two bedrooms, with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed with a Single bunk above in the second bedroom. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space when required (children only on the sofa bed).
The bathroom includes both a shower and a small toddler-sized bathtub, perfect for little ones or washing off sandy feet after another day at the beach.
Located in beautiful Soldiers Point, you will be close to Soldiers Point Marina, waterfront cafés and restaurants, Soldiers Point Bowling Club, fishing jetties and the award-winning boat ramp. It is an ideal base for swimming, boating, fishing, dining or simply slowing down and enjoying everything this peaceful part of Port Stephens has to offer.
The property includes one designated car space only.
PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6. Five in beds and the 6th sleeps on the sofa bed. Additional charge applies for the 6th person.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION - 1 Queen and one Queen with a single above.
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied.
Additional costs when booking;
Sofa bed $100 per booking, with linen and bath towels (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
