Das Wetter war ideal um die tolle Ausstattung des Ferienobjekts (Sauna und Whirlpool) zu nutzen. Alles war gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung (Decken, Geschirr etc.) wirkt nicht mehr wie die neueste/beste, war aber noch völlig in Ordnung. Die Umgebung bietet viel Potential für Ausflüge, hier dürfte ganzjährig keine Langeweile aufkommen, insbesondere wenn man bereit ist bis zur Müritz zu fahren. Zum Golfplatz können wir nichts sagen, da wir keine Golfer sind. Zum Wasser sind es wirklich nur 2-3min zu Fuß. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wenn die Ausstattung in den kommenden Jahren mal erneuert wird wäre es perfekt.

Wir waren zu viert und mit Hund für 3 Nächte in Untergöhren in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus!! Es ist alles so wie es in der Beschreibung des Hauses angegeben wird bis auf eine Sache !! Das Grundstück ist leider nicht komplett eingezäunt sondern zum hinterem Haus gibt es keinen Zaun, was für uns schwierig war denn man musste immer ein Auge auf den Hund haben um sicher zu gehen dass dieser nicht ausbüxt. Aber das ist schon die einzige Kritik die wir hatten. Ansonsten war alles top. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen !!

Sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage, Aussicht, Sauna und Whirlpool sind die Highlights. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, z.B: Küchenutensilien, Trockner, Spinnweben in diversen Zimmern. Was sehr störend war, ist nur eine Schrankenkarte für die Zufahrt zum Haus, wenn man mit zwei Fahrzeugen angereist ist. Man muss 400 m zum Haus laufen und wieder zurück, um einfahren zu können. Zudem gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit vor der Schranke.

Der erste Eindruck war positiv wurde jedoch von schimmelnden Bändern und Baustaub überschattet. Wir haben mehrfach emails an die Vermietung gesandt jedoch bis heute ohne Reaktion. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig und wurde nicht wie angegeben zeitnah behoben. 14 Seiten Hausordnung über die Pflichten des Mieters sodass wir Fotos von jeglichen Beanstandungen machen mussten. Das Kücheninventar teils stark verdreckt. Der Backofen wurde lang nicht vernünftig gesäubert. Die Dusche im kleinen Bad mit schwarz Schimmel befallen. Schade, dass noch immer keine Reaktion seitens der Vermietung erfolgte .
