Our lovingly furnished luxury vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, in a perfect location just about 100 meters from the beach and Fleesensee. The house, with 145 square meters of living space, features a large living/dining area with an open kitchen and access to the garden, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy culinary delights.
Kitchen amenities include, among other things, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, an induction stove with an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave, a large toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a food processor, a bread slicer, and spices. In the large, open living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the plush leather sofas with a gas fireplace, home theater system, or Sky TV.
The stylishly and luxuriously furnished house features digital satellite TV and flat-screen televisions in the living and sleeping areas. All three bedrooms are each equipped with 2x2m box-spring beds, nightstands, and large wardrobes. The master bedroom on the upper floor has a balcony that invites you to relax while enjoying the view of Lake Fleesen.
There is also a fold-out bed here for an additional guest (available for an extra 35.00 euros per stay). The two bathrooms feature double sinks and Raindance showers with real-glass shower enclosures. The larger bathroom also includes a bathtub with a TV and a cozy Finnish wood-heated sauna. Additionally, both bathrooms have towel warmers. The floors throughout the house are fully tiled with high-quality tiles. All rooms have individually controlled underfloor heating. The windows have shutters (some electric) and fly screens. A lockable Biohort/garden shed, patio furniture, two sun loungers, and a gabion outdoor grill are included in the rental price. Bed linens and towels, as well as extra beds, are available for a fee; cribs and high chairs can be reserved free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and a clothes rack are provided. In the garden, you’ll find an outdoor hot tub/Jacuzzi that can be used year-round, featuring 35 hydromassage jets and multi-LED lights. It’s available to you in any weather. With a water temperature of 37 degrees, it’s wonderful to relax in even in winter. It can accommodate up to 7 people and features 3 waterfalls—2 pop-up waterfalls and a horizontal waterfall—as well as multicolored underwater lighting.
The large parking lot right next to the house offers plenty of space for up to 3 vehicles.
You can park your bicycles under cover in our bike rack or lock them in the garden shed. The garden is fenced in, so dogs or small children can play outside unsupervised. For families, we’ve provided a handcart to conveniently transport your “beach gear” to the beach, which is just 100 meters away. If the weather ever makes you want to stay indoors, our guests will find an extensive collection of Blu-ray movies, books, and games, as well as a PlayStation 4 with games. Especially during the colder months, you can relax wonderfully in front of the crackling fireplace.

Area Information:
The luxury vacation home is located approximately 100 meters from Fleesensee Lake and the beach. A short distance away lies the island town of Waren on Germany’s largest inland lake. The town can be reached in a few minutes by boat across Lake Fleesen and Lake Kölpin, by bike (bike rentals available in town), or by car.
Various restaurants, small shops, an organic farm store, an outlet store, a laundromat, and an ATM are also nearby. The Müritz National Park, a large freshwater aquarium, and the Müritzeum in Waren are interesting places to visit.
